Needs a LOT of improvement... it doesn't update the information, it is needed to select the hotel every time (doesn't select the hotel based on location), menus and activities are no accurate, etc.

This app is rubbish when you book a hotel and you want to check your booking it comes up saying there is a error, its been like it for a year or so, ive booked for January 2018 and can not get booking up theres a error or its stop working. So whats the point of having this app. Get it sorted Melia

Allows me to see a myriad of things... but sometimes has limited features unlike the website... but nonetheless it is pretty useful.

Don't work at all

Very janky and unreliable when it comes to search. For example, going back to the previous screen loses your scroll position. You can book reservations at restaurants easily enough, but checking events or even checking into your room can be very unreliable often not working or failing to save your previous state. Should be a lot better for the quality of resorts it's built for.
