Rutas GPX La Palma

Esta app permite representar en un mapa en 3D y 2D las rutas ya almacenadas previamente para la isla de La Palma así como acceder a toda la información también incluida referente a las propias rutas y sus puntos de interés.

Al visualizar las rutas en los mapas, la app ofrece múltiples opciones y posibilidades de qué y cómo visualizar los elementos en el mapa de forma que el usuario pueda para sacar el máximo provecho a dichas rutas, ofreciendo información de todo tipo que puede activarse o desactivarse para que sea mostrada o no en el mapa.

Además se incluye información de interés de índole diverso referente a La Palma como la ubicación y descripción de lugares y edificaciones destacados de la isla. También se incluye información completa de la Transvulcania como pueden ser aspectos destacables de la carrera en sí e información detallada sobre los tramos que incluye la misma.

Otra de las posibilidades que ofrece esta app es la de realizar tracking de rutas de la isla ya sean nuevas completamente o seguir alguna de las ya existentes. En este último caso, la app ofrece toda clase de información sobre la ruta a seguir con la finalidad de facilitar al caminante realizar el recorrido perfectamente y disfrutar de todas las posibilidades que este le ofrece. Durante el tracking, el usuario podrá añadir puntos de interés al recorrido. Estos puntos de interés podrán añadirse utilizando fotos con información de geolocalización o utilizando la posición actual obtenida por el GPS.

Finalmente, la app también permite la importación y exportación de rutas a través del uso de ficheros en formato GPX (utilizado por ejemplo por Wikiloc). Para importar una ruta, el usuario podrá incorporarla a su app abriendo dicho fichero con la opción de hacerlo usando esta app concretamente. Así, las rutas importadas serán incorporarlas a la app como nuevas rutas editables donde el usuario puede modificar o eliminar cualquiera de los punto de interés existentes o añadir nuevos. Estos nuevos puntos de interés podrán añadirse utilizando fotos con información de geolocalización o utilizando la posición actual obtenida por el GPS. Además, tanto el título como el contenido de la ruta en si y de sus puntos de interés puede ser modificado utilizando el modo edición. Para las fotos asociadas a la ruta en si y a sus puntos de interés, el usuario podrá añadir nuevas fotos en cualquier momento.

Todas las rutas editables incorporadas a la app (ya sea mediante importación de alguna ya existente o por generación mediante tracking) pueden ser compartidas vía redes sociales, mensaje o correo electrónico como un fichero en formato GPX de forma que el usuario receptor de dicha ruta podrá incorporarla a su app abriendo dicho fichero con la opción de hacerlo usando esta app concretamente.
