L’usager doit préalablement s’inscrire suivant des modalités très simples :

1 - Il débute son stationnement en utilisant les applications SKIPI gratuites et disponibles pour son mobile type smartphone. Lorsqu’il regagne son véhicule il met fin, de la même manière, à son stationnement.
2 - Il sera débité du montant exact correspondant à la durée utilisée en fonction de la politique tarifaire de la ville.
3 - S’il n’a pas rejoint son véhicule au bout du temps maximum autorisé dans la zone, il sera alerté par un SMS.
4 - Il pourra ainsi acheter une nouvelle période de stationnement une fois que la première est terminée.

Les agents verbalisateurs disposent d’un outil pour contrôler en temps réel le paiement du stationnement dans la ville en tapant le numéro d’immatriculation du véhicule :

1 - Si le véhicule contrôlé bénéficie d’un abonnement à SKIPI, les agents seront immédiatement informés du paiement du stationnement.
2 - Dans le cas contraire, si aucun autre moyen n’a été utilisé, ils peuvent procéder à l’établissement d’un avis de contravention.

Vous recevrez une alerte SMS (0,15 euros/sms) avant la fin de chaque stationnement. Vous pouvez reprendre une nouvelle période de stationnement afin d’éviter le paiement d’une contravention en répondant « OK ». Dans le cas contraire vous n’avez rien à faire, votre stationnement s’achèvera.
