MobileVOIP Cheap international Calls

Even outgoing call not connected for that u r charging.This is not fair.I tried to contact but no response. Kindly refund. That is the only problem I'm having. Appart from that everything is ok especially out going calls r too good...

Did back to back mobile international top ups . Y'all say it's sent when it isn't. Total nonsense app.. definitely won't recommend and I'm so so so pissed

I read some reviews that give one star. I am asking these people that the problem should be the smartphone that they use. I use this application for over ten years and have never had an issue!

Its stupid app only they want our money they don't care about international calls i called 100 time the call going somewhere other so plz people do not download it if they cant solve the problem

I have been using this app for almost 8 years, it never works excellent but the calls are cheap because of that I've been using it. But this last year it is working worst and worst. When I am doing calls the other person listen to my voice very distorted, and they can't understand what I am saying. I am planning to stop using this app.

Cheating... not connecting even after complaining several times. They never care about customer service Kindly refund the cash.

For some months now my caller Id shows random numbers whenever I call out. Everyone I call have complained that they can see my number. I have tried so many times to correct this issue by resetting my caller id and uninstalling und reinstalling the app several times and yet the problem still persist. The only option I have now is to find another call provider.

Before was good ,like a year something that the conection became disaster, quick down the money from your account, very very bad quality.... I am very disappointed

I use this app for international calls but even when I haven't been connected to a call I'm being charged. I have tried to contact viop but am getting no response and need to process a refund. Please can the manager contact me to resolve this.

I need someone from the team to tell me why a call to Nigeria has skyrocketed from 50 cents euros to 75 cents euros almost twice the initial charge, 50 euro doesn't last as it used to as it 2016, please help me reduce the cost since Naira has stopped depreciating, thanks.

There is a problem in your app to read the contacts, the contact is repeated twice, one with names as saved in my mobile contacts and other with only numbers from the same contact list. Please update your app. I am using samsung S7 edge running on Noughat android version.

Made international call and the app recorded my conversation for first two minutes then kept replaying it back to me . Never knew they had my consent to record

This app sucks. There is no customer help contact or email at all. The help they provide is just a suggestion that doesn't work ... I spent hours to reactivate my account, no success. It sucks zero star :(

From few days, i couldn't call India. Buy using the your mobile VOIP application. I have been using your app for almost an year. But from few days (approx. 2 weeks), i'm facing this issue. I'm registered for mobile VOIP international calls. Could you clear this issue.

Local access does not work when it should. I am in a country (Austria) for which my provider (12Voip) has a local access number, but MobileVoip tells me that that a local access number is unavailable.

Rubbish. Without connecting the call on otherside it start charging. Using smartvoip. Confirmed form other side using direct call and tgey never got any ring. Rip off.

Hi, I tried to recharge my account this afternoon but nothing and I still didn't understand yet.

Got a new bug on note 8....i was confused that my phone has some issue...but it was actually because of this app...if u dont exit properly frm this app after making call....then all sounds of phone l...be it music media or anything will come from earpiece only and not from speaker.....so it is mandatory to exit the app properly after calls....otherwise sound from earpiece will be as low as no sound...even alarm sound comes from earpiece in this scenario....can get any person stucked.....i think this sud b fixed....bcz users are not usd to exit the app properly....
