The Five Tibetan Rites, also known as The Five Tibetans or The Fountain of Youth is an simple exercise program used first by Tibetan monks to live long and healthy lives. The Five Tibetan Rites are a form of Tibetan yoga old more than 2,500 years. In fact, these are just five simple stretching exercises that anyone can do and it will take you no more than ten minutes of your day. These exercises activate and stimulate the seven key chakras that in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system (responsible for the body's overall functioning and aging process). This app is really unnecessary. It only tells you how to excercise the rites. But that info can be easily acquired by simply looking it up on the internet, you don't need an application for that. It's completely uninteractive and just contains articles. Once you read it there's no need to open it ever again. Now if it was like a game, if it kept tract of your progress every day, if it voice guided you through it, it would be awesome. But like this it's pointless.

Sound is so low on demonstration videos, but loud for ads. Really, ads for Red Bull and tons of other crap!
