AudioSpot offre une solution numérique de guidage et diffusion d’informations de proximité pour smartphones et tablettes avec des contenus géo localisés audio, visuel, ou audiovisuel, selon le profil et la langue du visiteur. Ces informations peuvent concerner une localisation, une direction à prendre, ou encore des informations pratiques, touristiques ou culturelles.

AudioSpot permet donc une accessibilité universelle aux informations, diffusées dans un format adapté pour les personnes en situation de handicap (guidage audio et audiodescription pour les déficients visuels, contenu visuel et vidéo LSF pour les déficients auditifs, plans de localisation avec accès spécifiques pour les PMR, langage FALC pour les déficients cognitifs ...), mais également une solution d'audioguide géo-localisé et interactif pour tous, personnalisé par profil de visiteur, et multilingue, avec des contenus modifiables en ligne en temps réel !

La solution peut utiliser des balises Bluetooth ou beacon, autonomes en énergie, ou des points GPS (en extérieur) avec une distance de diffusion paramétrable (de 1 à 50 mètres voir plus en extérieur).
