App is so slow and awkward to use that items are sold before you can get to the checkout. I get email alerts for items but when you 'open in app' it does not even take you to the product page.

No search for specific item? Lame.

I have bought lots of handbags from them and I love the service they provide. I highly recommend it.

Despite the update App keeps crashing but search works a bit better. Can't access my account since it won't even start now...

The app does not allow you to type in a search field for what u are looking for. The full website does though. Uninstalling this version

tbe worst buying experience ever. you bid on items and the owners don't even bother to answer you. the mesures on the articles are all wrong more than half the time.

Terrible service, they never sent the item I ordered. And refunded only the purchase price, so I was cheated for 20€ shipping fee

Big problem with filter

This is poor. Search fields are sketchy and loads of bugs. Actually puts me off buying. Needs a lot of work.

I get more promotional alerts than I get for items which I've set up alerts. I can't figure out how to stop the promotional ones, so I'm learning towards uninstalling altogether

No images loading, i just quit buying because it's too annoying to use...

Pretty disappointed, I'm afraid. I expected something a bit more slick from a luxury service. Search was buggy (would often revert me to home section or not update when edited), filters didn't always work and at one point images stopped loading; afyer that it stopped working completely.

Really glitchy. Too many search fields and doesnt take you to the right page. Needs a lot of work.

Pish. Bombarded with emails since siging up and who the hell cares about a £20 quid discount when you're shopping for a £1000+ bag? Unsubscribed, deleted account and uninstalled you annoying pricks

The idea behind the website is great, but they NEED to have a new team behind their app and website development. The app crashes ALL THE TIME, you can't filter things by price on the app,and you see the same items several times. Overall a VERY poorly developed website which almost makea me question if they know what they are doing in regards to the items they sell in it too.

This app is working poorly, most of the time after you spent time listing some stuff simply doesn't save it or don't let you end the process...

The app doesn't finished, I can't open my wallet and it crashes sometimes. The rest is good.

Took forever for them to ship, and they put the wrong invoice on my order so I was going to be charged 409$ duty for a 100 item. Totally incompetent. Won't be using this site again.

Fotos for selling items comes in different angles ! Can't apply my profile picture! Takes me 3 hours to put 3 items for sale! And first picture was not one I had applied!! And they took off one of brand new authentic item for sale without any explanations!! Just waisted my time for nothing!!

Does this on both my devices. Get your stuff together, devs. You're losing sales for the company.

I can't change the currency and discount codes are being ignored.

It wont even let me log in on the app. On the website, i have to click on the item just to give it a heart, which is very exhausting.

A high end consignment shop., The merchandise is fantastic. I must first correct you Web designer..or maybe you should have? It's authorization.. check the spelling on your website. Hard to trust anyone or anything with money if they don't know how to read or spell. But most of all I feel very badly for these people who are trying to sell their beautiful merchandise two people like me who want to buy beautiful merchandise it's a great idea to that it doesn't work. 3 + hours trying to buy shoes!

Missed a number of offers on items for sale because this sad app keeps malfunctioning. Half the time photos don't display. Crap!

App won't even launch. Always crashing. Can't check your account or status of any ongoing transactions or purchases.
