So, so sad. What's the point of having QR code certificates if you have NO access to them if you buy from a third party? Buy direct or you get nothing but the minimum information on your peice. Not overly encouraging to say the least. I guess the app works okay though.

The app is great as I can find out about my gems at a glance.

Useful to have as it's easier to use than a huge pile of credit card size certificates.

I love just being able to scroll the site. Their quality is of the best . Style gillor.

I thought this app had a QR scanner attached to scan the authenticity cards we get with our purchases as this is what it says on the cards

Aug2017 - update. Gave this app another go and now its stopoed working. This app needs a lot more work. It doesn't reflect the quality and performance that your business model strives for. Slow to load and search. Have installed 4 times makes no difference to performance

It's a good idea. Great to see what u own when buying new stuff on gemporia site. Or checking what gems u own if u are after collecting one of each gem. But alas this app rarely works. Always saying wait while loading. Pity

OMG... I LOVE this app. What a fantastic way to have all the information about my Genuine Gems at my fingertips. Ready to answer any questions I get about my beautiful jewellery. WOW Thanks guys! UPDATE Please can there be a way to separate my gems from ones I've bought as gifts? That would be really handy!

This app is great for quick or detailed facts about your jewellery. It's easy to use and keeps information for all your pieces in a nice organised manner. The only improvement should be the QR code reader should recognise all Gemporia authenticity cards (and add them to your jewellery if you wish) as I have quite a few gift pieces that I can't find out about as they weren't ordered from my account.

This is a great app. All your jewellery in the order you purchased them with more information than you can shake a stick at. I love it!

Great app with lots of information about the jewellery I've ordered. Also handy if you're telling people about gems TV and gemporia website as you can quickly show what you've previously bought.

Good for insurance, great for reminding me of presents I bought for other people, love the maps - they take me round the world. Your call centre staff are wonderful. THANK YOU TO ALL at Gemporia.

Great app for checking on past purchases. Very useful information on every piece of jewellery with clear pictures showing all detail. Everything you want to know in one place

Difficult to get to shopping area and find what I'm looking for. This app is not very user friendly.

Great to be able to see so much detail and it helps to understand just what one is purchasing and increases my enjoyment of my jewellery.

Can't beat the prices on real jewelry but app is a bit choppy

Absolutely adore! They've been my family jeweler since July 2012 when they aired on TV as Rocks TV. There is no other like the Gemporia Family. I recommend them 100%.

Great app really useful to be able to see exactly what you have purchased as the cards no longer have a picture on them, as sometimes I can't remember the name of the gem.

It doesn't work with my email address

Great for as long as you have it... All jewellery organised in one place Yes Yes... However when there is no computer or app or technology... ups... So enjoy while it lasts
