WashApp-Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service Provider

Related to payment, I would really appreciate if you could mention that "online payment is a must" or at least "please tender correct change to the delivery person". The service provided was good, but the preferred payment method needs to be clearly specified. Also, my clothes did get delayed by another day and there was no notification of the same, I had to check the app to find out about the delay. Finally, if the delivery people accept cash payments then please ensure that they carry the necessary change. I was shocked to hear from the person that I was the only person who paid by cash and he had no money on him because the company didn't give him any change money.

First of all I ordered my clothes my on 21st aug which has to be delivered on 23rd aug but delayed to 28th aug and that to one of my jeans was missing. And when I registered for a complaint they were like we packed the total pieces and we also have the CCTV footage of it( srsly?.... R u kidding me) do u think we like to play u guys, common man! Treat the issues in a proper manner, that's what a customer expects. U guys better get that!

I ordered the pick up from 8-10pm slot..The delivery guy calls me at 10:05 pm to ask for address. Gave him the address. Waited till 11 pm for pickup and finally called again. Delivery guy says he will still take time.Decided to cancel the pickup amd uninstalled the app. I installed the app and ordered just to check how good u r at this. Guys u really need to work on customer acquisition techniques!

Bad, buggy app. Clothes cleaned and folded well but never arrives on time. Had to call customer service twice to get it delivered finally (late). Normal dhobi has fewer hastles. *Can see some one else's order in my list of orders. *Had to make multiple attempts to successfully schedule a pickup. After which the orders page showed multiple pickups scheduled. *App showed 'out for delivery' even when no one was actually out for delivery. Clothes actually delivered next day (72hrs later instead of 48) that too after calling Washapp people.

Very much upset today as I receive all my new white clothes with stains. The service is worse. It was good in the beginning.

i am using honor 8 pro and this app doesnt open in my mobile. it gets closed immediately after i open the app. i am unable to use this app

Awesome package was done. On each and every piece of cloth your name will be labelled. But a bit slow in delivery/pick up. Need to improve that.

I have placed an order, faced issues with app but somehow my clothes were picked up and delivered. Dupattas were burnt while ironing and new stains appeared. Clothes were packed along with few insects. Its been almost a week that I sent an email mentioning the issue. Haven't received any response except the automated email saying a ticket has been raised. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Washapp is seriously a good thought and I gave my clothes only for wash and fold. They were very neat and folded properly and the process is very systematic. Very good experience.... truly satisfied.... keep growing...all the best

To be honest, I was going through all the reviews and saw the answers written by the washapp team to their customers regarding the delay in delivery and found that it is not the customer's issue but their own internal issues which they are highlighting for the delay. A delay which takes 3-4 more days than the specified date which is pathetic. They are not interested in the issues faced by the customer due to the delay. I am still waiting for my clothes to be delivered which was supposed to happen yesterday but till now, no intimation regarding the delay has been told. Since Sunday morning, they are just washing my clothes as per the app. If it takes 4 days to wash clothes then I am not sure how long it will take to iron and deliver the same. Highly disappointing service by the team..! Don't know whether they do even get regular customers or not. I'm sure, I am not going to them again had I've tried calling on the numbers of help desk as well as the delivery guy number but no one is answering my phone calls...

I guess washapp has issue with OTP mobile confirmation please check and comeback! Not able to confirm the mobile number! I have almost tried 10times for OTP I haven't received yet!

This is the best laundry service I ve used in HYD,very neat packaging n timely delivery, From nw my first priority for laundry in hyd is Washapp

Absolutely pathetic service. Never deliver on time. You'd need to follow up day in and out just to get your clothes back. Ridiculous service.

Their service and wash is good. However really slow in delivery and pickup. Need to recruit more guys.

Very late delivery . I have waited for three more days other than scheduled date of delivery

The app is not working on Nougat neither on lollipop....it only works on marshmallow....I recently updated to nougatnfrom.marshmallow and it stopped working....when open it just crashes, previously was working fine....also at my friend's phone who is on lollipop it never opened....

Pickup late and they promised two-days but till now not delivered since one week

I scheduled pick up on 9 th Oct 4 to 6PM slot. No one came for pickup. I waited at home leaving all the works. Next day pick up was done.

Best service provided. No delay in delivery. Gud wash and iron. Reasonable charges best to rely on

Using Android KitKat version MI mobile. But this app doesn't respond in my mobile. As soon as I open app, the app immediately closes.

Pathetic service, they won't deliver your clothes the day they promise you no matter what you say to them. Arrogant customer service, they will find a way to blame for delay in delivery. I am never going to use this app again
