THERE SEEM TO BE CHALLENGES IN SOME ARAREAS. YOU GUYS SHOULD RESPOND ADEQUATELY TO THE CONCERNS PEOPLE ARE RAISING HERE AND STOP THE "thank you for your feedback" thing. Don't think those views are sent here for the beauty of it. Arise and work to resolve those challenges.

What Is wrong with this app I hate it so much.it deserves -5 stars. It has a big problem. U guys should do something about it. When accessing the internet,it is accessible, but when trying this app it claims there is no internet connection.. I think this app is blind it cannot see the strong signal. Please fix an eye for it,so that it can be used conveniently. Do something ooo,yoo?!!!

I've been trying to change my App password for sometime now but it doesn't work. All it says is a reminder has been sent to your email. Nothing shows up in my mail. I need the app to monitor my data usage.

You guys finally got it right... Just used the new app and I must say it's so user friendly.. You guys now need to focus on spreading your NETWORK nationwide..

The only network provider that gives up to 5gb data without any date of expiry should in case they encounter a problem on their network. SO FAR SO GOOD

My password doesn't work even if I use the ones texted to me. No reminder gets sent to my email. So help out here

My beef isn't with the app as much as it is with me searching for over a week for it in the play store. Apparently I needed to search literally for mybusy instead of busy internet. Links on busy page doesn't look to this page.

Nice app. Just need to work on your speed and coverage. I have used different ISP and compared to this you guys need to improve on speed and coverage. Slow link in Oyarifa.

I typed in my data number and password n it says incorrect I've tried 5x

It is nice app but the coverage is poor everywhere indoors. I wish you will now see there is competition and you have to improve faster

Totally loved this updated version. No need to always log in, very friendly user interface. It's just awesome.

Downloaded. Can't login...error... "Server timeout".... Kindly fix the app then I can properly access and rate it. From Weija, Accra.

Was initially ok. Now it is full of bugs. An example is buying data with credit card option,it doesn't work on some phones like my lg g3. And also, you have to reintroduce the SMS short code method for buying data as it becomes near to impossible when you want to buy data when you are totally out of bundle.

When I type the data number and password and press the login button, it starts loading and then stops it doesn't open my account

Unable to reset password, it keeps telling me password reset failed.
