Completely screwed up our booking! Staff memeber was very rude and called Jess (which one u don't know as apparently 2 work there and she refused to give me the initial of her last name) who then told me they're not liable for missed coaches as we missed ours because of their incompetence and we were not informed of this vital information when we made the initial booking. This service has gotten worse as it has gone along. Lucky that I haven't given them 1 star! >:(

Used previously and found Go to be efficient & good. However on 31/01/16 they took me from Luton Airport to Watford, and I offered to pre-pay for my return 4 days later - as I'd done previously. However was told didn't need to as I was a trusted & known customer. But when I called to book the return was told quite abruptly I was unable to book such as I hadn't pre-paid!! Only after much persuading & stress did they contact the nice driver 'Ali' who dropped me off to come back for me. More like Stop than Go

I booked a taxi through the app thinking it would text me when it had arrived like when you ring. So I went out side about 5 after ringing the taxi because I had received no text. And the driver started having a go at me saying I had taken too long (I was with my 2 young children) and he drove off. The driver had a Blue Vw Touran. I ordered a taxi by phone after and he came within about 4 minutes. I will not be ordering through the app again.

Tiger cars are cheaper and give a better service. Don't use GO CARS. AVOID!

I had the old version of go cars and never had a problem been using it for a couple years, I updated the app and now can never book a taxi from it .. It just says system fault ... its been like that for a week ?? Is no-one bothering to fix the issue ... I've now decided to go to wednesfield taxis they seem to be doing better at the moment
