Fix it Cincy! lets you access your Cincinnati government services wherever you go. With this app, you can find your next recycling pickup day (and set a reminder for yourself), report complaints to the City and stay connected to your City government.
Features include the ability to:
•Look up trash and recycling days, and set reminders
•Locate and report problems by address
•Use GPS technology to report issues even when you don't know the address (GPS has to be enabled on your phone)
•Track the status of your complaints

The app is very easy to use. I submitted a request to fix potholes on my street on a Friday, and they were all filled by Monday morning...very impressed with the response time.

The name is worse than silly...it makes the app next to impossible to find. NEVER change the name of something unless it is either a major improvement on the previous name, or it got married. Neither is applicable here. What was a simple request for service has turned it into a 13 step PITA. And then, it GLITCHES! So it becomes a 26 step PITA! There are two welcome improvements: it is easier to add a photograph, and it is possible to see existing problem reports. Other than that, meh.

I like the idea that there is a place to report and track reports for city services. I do wonder why the app seems so badly under developed and barely functional.
