About Contacts in a list widget
This is a simple widget that shows your phone contacts (all, favorites-starred or any other group, including Skype, WhatsApp and Viber contacts) as a scrollable list. You can call or send SMS to any of your contacts. For Skype, WhatsApp and Viber contacts you can start a call or chat.
You can select the type of list to show, either extended (multiple lines per contact, each one showing one number) or compact (one line per contact and pressing on it shows all the numbers in a popup).
To install the widget, select "Contacts in a list widget" from the available widgets list.
You can have more than one widgets on your home screens, each showing different contact group.
The widget is resizable.

The widget has been tested on Sony Xperia Neo V, ZTE Blade III, Sony Xperia Z1 Compact.
Languages: English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese.
The app shows ads (NOT on the widget, just on the config activity and on the help page).
If you do not want to see ads, you can buy the paid (ad-free) version.
Notes:
-The app needs to be installed in the internal memory of the phone in order for the widget to show up and work

Just installed on Motorola Droid Turbo android v6.01. Does everything I want and wish the native android app would do the same. For those who have a lot of contacts and have categorized them in groups and want the groups displayed as a list sorted by last or first name, this app does it. I set up a "temporary" group of contacts for when I travel to new locations and want those contacts to be readily accessible among my large list of contacts. Google contacts lets you set up groups but on my Droid only "all contacts" gets displayed as list and sort order. (My Nexus 9 android 7.01 does let groups display list view and sort order.) I hope the developers of this app have a paid version so I don't have to see the ads. So if you want to sort order and display contact groups in list view, this app does it.
