החברה הישראלית הולכת ומקצינה. מיום ליום גדל המרחק בין האנשים מחלקי החברה השונים, וככל שעובר הזמן החשדנות והדעות הקדומות מעמיקות ומחריפות.
הרשתות החברתיות מעצימות את התופעה ומגדילות את הקיטוב. הסטראוטיפים והאלימות המילולית הם נגע שמתפשט במרחב הציבורי, והשסעים רק הולכים ומתרחבים.
איך נתפתח כאנשים, כחברה ומדינה שהשסעים בה הולכים ומתעצמים?
שהמרחק בינינו הולך וגדל?
איך נתפתח מבלי לפגוש אחרים מאתנו? בעלי צרכים שונים? אמונות שונות?
מקטינים את הקיטוב בחברה הישראלית
אנחנו מאמינים שהכרות ומפגש בלתי אמצעי עם האחר הם הבסיס לבירור והעמקת הזהות שלנו, מבחינה חברתית ואישית כאחד. מפגש עם האחר הכרחי כדי לבנות את השלם הפנימי, כאנשים וכחברה. זאת גם הדרך להגברת סולידריות ואמון בינינו.

מיזם חדרים:
חדרים הינו פלטפורמה אינטרנטית המאפשרת הכרות אישית בין אזרחים המגיעים מרקעים שונים החיים במדינת ישראל: חילונים,דתיים, ערבים, יהודים, פריפריה, מרכז, קיבוצים וערים.

החזון שלנו:
לשנות את השיח בין האזרחים במדינת ישראל, להוריד את מפלס הפחד והחשדנות, וליצור הכרות אמיתית שבנויה על אמון וכבוד הדדיבין אזרחים שונים החיים במדינת ישראל.

איך זה עובד?
אנחנו מפעילים סדנאות קבוצתיות במרחב הדיגיטלי לקבוצות של 6 משתתפים המגיעים מקהילות שונות בחברה הישראלית, 2 מכל בית ספר, בהדרכת מנחה בנושאים מגוונים: מנהיגות, פיתוח עצמי, אקטיביזם חברתי, הכוח שבי ועוד.
החדר מובל ע"י מנחה המלווה את בני הנוער במהלך 4 מפגשים שבועיים בני שעה, כאשר המפגשים הינם מקוונים ומאפשרים חיבור מכל מקום דרך הנייד או המחשב. המנחים הינם בוגרים במהלך שנת שרות ולימודי מכינה שעברו הכשרה מקצועית.
אנחנו פותחים חדרים וירטואליים לשיח אותנטי, המביא לידי ביטוי את מגוון הקולות בחברה במטרה לקדם הבנה וסובלנות.
התוכנית מיועדת לתלמידי כיתות ט'-יב' ומסובסדת ע"י תנועת פנימה Israeli society is becoming more extreme. Day by day growing distance between people in different parts of the company, and as time goes on suspicions and prejudices depth and sharpness.
Empowering the social networking phenomenon and increase the polarization. Stereotypes and verbal violence are concerned that spreads in the public sphere, and the divisions only widening.
How to evolve as people, society and the state rifts which are stronger?
The distance between us is growing?
How to evolve without having to meet others of us? Have different needs? Different beliefs?
Reduce the polarization in Israeli society
We believe that mines and encounter with the other are the basis for clarifying and deepening our identity, social and personal alike. A meeting with the other is essential to build the whole interior, People and Society. This is also a way of enhancing solidarity and trust between us.

Venture rooms:
Rooms is an online platform that enables personal familiarity between citizens who come from different backgrounds living in Israel: secular, religious, Arabs, Jews, Periphery, center, kibbutzim and cities.

our vision:
Change the discourse between citizens and the State of Israel, lower level of fear and suspicion, and create a real familiarity built on trust and respect Hddibin various citizens living in Israel.
 
How It Works?
We run group workshops in the digital space for groups of 6 participants coming from various communities in Israeli society, two from each school, led by guides on various topics: leadership, self development, social activism, and more power in me.
The room is led by guides accompanying the youth during the 4 hour meetings when the meetings are online and allow connection from anywhere via mobile phone or computer. Facilitators are graduates during service and preparatory studies professionally trained.
We open virtual rooms authentic dialogue, that reflects its diverse voices in order to promote understanding and tolerance.
The program is designed for students in grades ninth to twelfth grade and is subsidized by the inward movement
