Expense Manager by BluJ IT is an application that was created for business men and women to ease the tracking of business related items such as expenses, mileage, time, and payments for jobs or trips. It has been tailored to allow easy entry of these items throughout a job or trip. Once the trip or job is complete, the data can be viewed and exported in a variety of ways both as PDF reports and CSV exports. These reports and exports can then be viewed on the device or emailed to whoever needs them. The CSV export is also great for importing applications such as Quicken and Quickbooks.

This app fills almost all my needs for service reports. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is sometimes I get overlaps on the reports with long names and the timer can be a little quirky to work with when you have breaks in time. It's not a big problem. I can adjust for it. I have tried several others and this is the best out there hands down. An option to back up to Google drive would be a nice touch.

I have lost 6 months of expenses and invoices with this program because my phone was rebooted (everything was backed up) and the information will not restore properly. Nor is it readable through other programs... There is little help available through the company website. SO FRUSTRATED. DO NOT trust the backups.

What an incredible app!! The Expense Manager has revolutionized how my family budgets money. When my wife and I were looking for a convenient and reliable way to keep track of our expenses, this app was an absolute god send. It's convenient, easy to use, unlike some expense apps, and can be used for nearly any financial situation! I HIGHLY recommend this application!!

I run my own small business and have been playing with the full featured free trial for the past 30 days -will purchase the upgrade to Pro. Overall, great for those who are looking for real-time expense tracking as well as time billing when away from the office. It is best to use this app as soon as you have an expense. If you collect receipts and prefer to do your expenses later, you might as well stick with a PC based spreadsheet as data entry will be easier. Best: Very reponsive developer! Found some bugs while testing which were attended to very quickly over email. App does everything advertised and is easy to learn. Features needed for 5 star rating from me: Number the transactions and receipts on the report. This is so it is easier for accounting to identify the photo receipts at the back of the pdf report with the transactions listed at the beginning. Ability to make credit transactions (for example when there are refunds on separate receipts or tax refunds from customs.) Also, ability to attach electronic reciepts (instead of using photos) for those online airline, hotel and car rental, etc. purchases. I use it everyday and have no complaints. I highly recommend it!

I've tried other expenses apps, but got tired of the limited options and didn't want to pay a monthly fee. This has everything I need and it is only a one time charge. Also, I have already experienced great support from the developer.

I like the app and will probably upgrade to the pro version, but the receipt camera does not capture the receipt. When I try to take a picture, all I get is a sketchy image with vertical lines. Please fix.

Had major issues with currency exchange but they seem to be gradually being corrected. Receipt capture is not all that great. On the upside, this is the only app that works great on the mobile without having to access a server. Also the reports are adequate although i could do with some enhancements. Thank you for continuing to enhance this app.

Hi there I have been using your APP for about a week now. I love your APP but I do have a problem with taking pictures of the invoices. When your APP takes control of the camera the Auto Focus does not work. All the pictures are out of focus. Please help. What should I do? Thank you

Great best I have found and I have tried most of these apps for work purposes, But the only feature I find missing/wanting is being able to export jobs to excel and export all related receipts as separate individual files/images That would then get 5 Stars from me

Dropbox backups don't work. I lost a whole month as the app no longer does the backup and does not let you know. This is due to a phone reset. I lost everything! Was a great app. But something changed i would definitely NOT RECOMMENDED this ever again. Fwiw when I travel I backup every day just in case. What a horrible thing to do to a paying customer.
