Ucom Free Barcode Scanner

This used to press return (enter) after each scan which was great for inventory, and I used to recommend it because of that. It doesn't seem to do that anymore.

I am not sure what the catch is? It's a fairly basic keyboard layout but for doing work with large lists of barcodes I think the setup is kinda really good. It doesn't have adverts? It doesn't have a paid version? And it works really well? Yeah OK if ya paranoid you won't like it but it doesn't connect to the net? I find no catches? I have never seen an app this free and this good? Ummm... Well done with this app but you guys are crazy not having a paid version. :)

i give to five star but if you add unique scan feather on off history bulk save, front also good i like it.

works perfectly so far...the support team is incredible. i downloadef approximatelt 20 barcode keyboards, ucomm is the best. thank you.

no other languages other than English and no dictionary

was able to turn this keyboard on and it just works.

But now I can't scan to any device again.

An option I would like to see is use the volume buttons to scan a barcode while an other keyboard is active. Then I really would use it in my application as a barcode scanner. Is this possible?

very fast and usefull barcode reader.. but how to set it up to read qrcode using the front camera ?

can it upgrade not only barcode reader but also as nfc reader?

6P has upside down camera issue but it's workable and still way better than having to write or scan, copy, paste from other apps.

Integrates well with my web application where the barcode output is entered directly into my text fields. Most barcode scanner apps do not do this. Using the Volume Up/Down buttons to activate the scanner is very slick. However, it would be nice to limit this feature to just selected apps or websites as I sometimes forget to cancel this feature when done; I have been caught out a few times trying to alter the volume when listening to music or watching some video only to have the barcode scanner show up.

Any app capable of collecting all text typed, including passwords and card number is unacceptable, no matter how good it appears to be. I will not allow it.

good for system integrater

Great, accurate and fast scanning from different angles. Allows you to use your own app to log barcode numbers unlike the other competitors. Allows you to type with a normal keyboard. Would like it to have autocorrect though. Other than that if you need to type many words after, it allows you to easily switch keyboards.

Simple and easy to use. Work like a charm!
