TOP: When can we expect a working version of this app? Not able to retrieve list of stored recordings on SD card and therefore not able to see stored recordings. FIX IT ASAP Good app. But having problems with Managing of TF-files. It just 'pretends' to delete video-files from SD card, but they reappear. Lack of option to copy/store TF video files to local device. Hope device will overwrite oldest files when space is required. If you while viewing recorded video from TFcard rewind a couple of times to review it goes black and can only be fixed by restarting the app. The black back-arrow in upper left corner is often mistaken as pull-down of notification bar (which apparently is left at left edge of video image). As of version 9.1.3.1: No small preview of video in camera list and not able to retrieve list of stored recordings on SD card. Errors found in version 9.1.3.1 persists in version 9.1.3.2.

The latest update to the app has caused it to just shut down a few seconds after opening. Needs to be fixed immediately. The following update does exactly the same.

Literally took me less than 3min to setup. Well done. Is there an official website with more info on where to buy more cameras online and also with more info about data usage etc? I am loving this system. Thank you for the good work.

Horrible...this is what can say about this app...D3D security cameras works only with this pathetic app... D3D securities should look into this...and if D3D people know this then you are not more than a cheater...i am trying to connect to camera from this app for almost 3 days...but this is not at all working....all camera, wifi set, mobile is at the same place but still this stupid app is not able to search the camera...stupid app created by foolish people for cheaters....

The app worked until late last month then the update caused the app to crash. That essentially made the camera useless. I went online and downloaded version 9.1.2.6. This was the last stable version and installed that and disabled the auto update. Hopefully this will help the rest of you.

This is no different than the Avacom app. Neither will work with Android 7.0. Cannot add any devices both versions crash continually when trying to add a device. Totally useless.

It's a pretty good app, but the inability to either maintain connection or to keep the camera microphone audio streaming when running in the background or the screen is turned off makes it pretty useless for most applications. Waiting for snug cam to get fixed.

Terribly translated app. Half the stuff does not work at all. It was definitely written by someone from India or China with little English understanding. The app regularly does not connect my camera (even though it was recommended by the camera company). I don't recommend this at all. Find something else that will work.

Came to the netcam app from the snugcam app after reviews said this would work better, i.e. actually work. Neither app worked, despite following directions to connect to the device using both QR and wifi connection procedures. Will never recommend this product to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

I use 2 IP camera WT816, one is connected to my wirelless network and the other is connected with UTP cable. My problem is that both cameras are most of the time disconnected. Can anyone tell why they keep disconnect? How we can save photo or video from this app? First i was using 1 camera and when the motion sensor was enabled it was recording 20 seconds. After I installed the second camera, both of them are recording 10 minutes when the motion sensor is enabled. My question is : from where can we change this?

Managed to record some supernatural items when motion detection was turn on. Pretty cool. The "disconnecting" problem is becoming a nuisance. Hope they get it fixed soon.

I'm really annoyed. My little robot shaped ideanext camera was working perfectly fine for over 1 year. Today, I updated the Netcam app and my camera kept disconnecting!! A message in Chinese would flash up, then disconnect and try reconnecting. I switched it off on the mains for the day and have switched it on now but the camera won't start at all. I've tried different mains sockets, USB plugs and I've tried resetting it, but the camera is dead!! I don't know what to do with the camera now. I'm really annoyed. Has anyone else had this problem with Netcam Netcam and their cameras.

10-6-17 Both of my cameras have failed to connect for the past month. They no longer work at all. 6-26-17 - the app is backed up and running great. Thank you for fixing the issues **this issue has been fixed**No longer working all I get is a continuous error message in Chinese that pops up every three seconds I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. Completely useless at this point

Was working good for me until yesterday when i updated to the latest version. Now the quality of video sucks. And it's supposed to be 1080p camera but the video since the update looks more like 360p.

Continues to cut off also the quality was 1080 now the quality is more like 360, the quality of the picture is so poor I really don't like it at this point not sure how to make the quality better does anyone know
