Large files compared to other apps, this is something very different from anything you have seen before:
- it will take up to 4GB space on your phone for 720p resolution, 6.7GB for 1080p resolution.
- it is downloadable in sections
- no video streaming, once you have downloaded it, you won't need internet connection to watch it.
- the source files are at least 720p resolution so you will need a mobile device to that is capable to playback that.
- you won't be able to watch the videos on devices not capable to play 720p videos (like 3gs or earlier). High resolution is essential to be able to see the fly line on the videos.

I think the tutorial is awesome, I've learnt more in 24 hours than in the past 4 weeks! However the app will only open if I am connected to WiFi and going from the office to home everything I downloaded disappeared and the app refused to open! So after reinstalling and downloading everything again I'm hoping to get it all home this time.

This is the best casting tutorial I have come across. I wish I had this 2 years ago when I plunged into single-handed spey casting seriously. This is perfect for any level caster and showcases the art of placing a fly line. Thank you for contributing this to the fly fishing community.

Won't start up now, keeps asking that Internet connection be enabled which it is. Tried reinstalling but that didn't work, needs fixed.

This app is just superb! OK, so there have been fly casting DVD's before, but to have it all in the palm of your hand (Asus Transformer TF101, in my case) gives you the ability to prepare for practice in your armchair then refresh your memory and fine-tune your casting while out on the casting field or even fishing. So many times after I've been for professional coaching, I come home and just can't remember some tip or trick. No more! IMO, no video casting instruction can replace going to see a professional coach, but this app comes as close to it as possible and helps make the very most of your investment in time and money. BUT, if you were to buy only one video or book on fly casting, this one should be it. The casting instruction is sensibly grouped into separately purchasable chapters. I bought the whole lot, and it takes up 3.02GB, and they all play back flicker-free even on my entry-level, 2 year old Android tablet, but you can download the coaching that best suits your needs. A nice aspect to Paul's teaching is that he gives credit to those who have taught him: you not only benefit from his experience, but all those who have taught Paul as well. Well done!
