It's good when it fully works but some restaurants are missing items that used to be on them. A whole tab of extra portions in my favourite restaurant so I can't add them.

I don't see why it's rated so low. It's just the same as just eat with some different offers, way better offers in my opinion. The UI worked fine for me and didn't have any problems paying with card like others did. I think that they didn't realise they had a visa electron and not a visa card.

App looks pretty but is awful to use. If I enter my location or eircode incorrectly, when I re enter the correct location, the restaurants won't load, have to completely shut down the app and restart. Sometimes the menus for a restaurant won't load, forcing me to fully restart the app. Support is useless, someone says hello to you, but doesn't respond to your queries. Deleted items keep reappearing in my basket. Restarting the app and my phone don't even fix this bug. Have to log out of my account, restart the app, create my order while still logged out, then log back into my account at the check out. Also why bother sending a notification for 15% off for app day if you aren't going to give 15% off the order? Took way too long to get my order right on this app, only stuck with it to get the discount and in the end didn't even get it. Useless.

Won't let me enter my address properly, and won't accept my email address I give up, going back to Just eat

Great app

I was happy with it but just now went through all the steps of the order, name, payment details... and then pressing order it does nothing! Updating the app broke it :@ I'm hungry and tired don't want to fought with it!

Probably the first time I've seen people complain about an app and the company actually listened and updated it. Well done on the update lads the new app is fantastic!

It sure has improved A LOT since the first time I installed it, everything worked perfectly for me so far, been ordering through it with no issues

I love this service, much better than just eat but unfortunately there is a lot of work needed recognising addresses. I have had to keep using the website as opposed to the app for the last few months as it will never accept my address or any variation of it.

Also I talked to my takeaway guy and he said Marvin take less of a % of the meal compared to just eat. So Marvin is Irish owned, less greedy, and gives back a free meal basically making it nearly 10% off each meal! App used to crash a lot but now it's grand. Only thing is that sometimes a spicy bag is counted as a vegetarian dish lol

I gave up trying to order using the app after 10 minutes. I was unable to log in using Facebook, and I was unable to log into my own account as it kept saying my password was incorrect even after trying to reset it twice. Ended up having to create a new dummy account through the website and ordering there just to place an order. App needs some serious improvement and so does the mobile version of the website. When possible I will choose just eat over Marvin.

I love how your website works but this app is terrible.I don't use Facebook so I can't sign up and it says I have my email registered but I can't login even with a password change.The layout is decent but not streamlined. I ended up using just eat and my reason for using your app is to support the homeless as you have that great campaign. Hopefully when you improve the app I'll come back again.

Asks my address. I click the below when it shows but it won't let me.co tiniest saying "please enter address" despite it being shown and clicked. This app is just full of bugs and it's no excuse to a company who can afford to give €200 competitions.

Keeps crashing randomly and the address search is absolutely woeful. I love the service, but the app needs to actually work. It used to work nicely, but unfortunately I can't remember which update made it act up. Hopefully the bugs will be found!

This app is a scam. Here is what you need to know, compare to JustEat if you dont believe this review: 1) imposes a minimum delivery charge, which is fair. HOWEVER, if your order is below the minimum, you the customer are charged the differential. JustEat does not. 2) delivery charges are consistently higher by up to 200%. JustEat in some cases dont charge. 3) charged for debit/credit card - €0.50 Taking a Chinese restaurant in Galway with order food price = €8.30 this app charges €8.30 + €1.70 + €4.00 (del) + €0.50 (card) = €14.50 JustEat for identical order from same restaurant €8.30 + €2.50 (del) = €10.80

Good app but not being able to pay cash on delivery let's it down badly. Might as well delete the app as I only use cash when ordering food in case anything is wrong with the order.

5 attempts at ordering and still no food. Shockingly bad app with just as bad customer service. 1st att: can't create account in the app, no response from CS. Second attempt: make account on PC, can't log in on app so can't use voucher (only reason to use Marvin) CS reply a day later suggest pass reset. 3rd att: reset password 3 time still no log in. CS take a day to say make a new acct. 4th att new acct, app can't find address (worked fine b4) 5th att, can't use new user voucher because of old acct.

The discount codes never work. APP10 10% off not working today, for instance, after getting an email from Marvin to "tap the app and get 10% off this weekend". App installed. Uninstalled 20mins later!

Absolute shambles of an app 1 out of 3 deliveries have made it to my door and only 2 deliveries out of 7 have made it onto the delivery history not happy at all

Needs a big update can't find my street even though it comes up as a suggestion plus some places do be opened and you can't order for some reason

Really poor, kept saying they don't deliver to my address, yet I successfully ordered from same restaurant on just eat

Used to work perfect but now just says enters Street name after I've entered the road name. S7 Edge Marshmallow. Please fix and I'll up it to 5 stars

I've been using this app for months, earlier versions were very glitchie however other than the text entering being slow on my phone the app now works perfectly and it's great getting the stamps to get free orders. Definitely wouldn't go back to just eat

It may be improving but but its still not good. At over 70mb its quite a hefty app but its far slower than the website and more cumbersome to use. It offers zero benefit over using the website so why bother? A great pity as the main site and service are excellent and far superior to their main competitor at j*st eat.
