Great idea, well implemented through a properly designed app. One suggestion for improvement: Regular users would prefer a "Favourite Orders" option, or similar. From what I can tell, each time you place an order you need to navigate to the particular cafe on the app, search for your item, add to order, complete payment. I know that a coffee shop I use on my way to work is 10 minutes walk from the DART station; as I'm stepping off the train, I would like to tap a favourite (or preferably a link to that favourite as a separate icon) which would order 1 x Flat White from the cafe, to be ready in 10 minutes, charge to default payment option. Obviously a "Confirm order Y/N) would be required to stop orders from people who accidentally tap the wrong order in error. Whereas the current process is not cumbersome at all, when you're getting off the bus/train, something that can further automate a daily task would be appreciated.
