AutoClub הינה אפליקציית מועדוני לקוחות של חברת אוטוסופט לשימוש לקוחותיה.
לקוחות אוטוסופט מאפשרים ללקוחותיהם באמצעות אפליקציה זאת להתעדכן במיידעים שונים כדלהלן:
מנויים:
• יתרות ותוקף המנוי שברשותם
• היסטוריית שימוש במנויים
• אישורי ניצול מנוי
נקודות מועדון :
• יתרות צבירת נקודות
• היסטורית צבירה ושימוש בנקודות
הודעות:
• קבלת הודעות קשר תפעולי עם הלקוחות ומתן תשובות ע"י הלקוחות לקבלת טיפול מאובטח יעיל ומהיר.
• צפייה בארכיון ההודעות
• שליחת הודעות אל הנהלת החברה
• קבלת קופונים ומידע על מבצעים ללקוחות המועדון
רשימת סניפים :
• הצגת כתובות ימי ושעות פעילות
• ניווט בלחיצת כפתור אל הסניף המבוקש(מותנה בקיום Waze והגדרות שימוש ב GPS).

כדי להשתמש באפליקציה יש צורך ברישום מוקדם וקבלת קוד רישום.
כדי להיכנס לאפליקציה יש צורך בהזדהות ע"י קוד משתמש וסיסמא.

• Receiving messages operational relationship with customers and answering by customers for secure handling quick and efficient.
• View posts
• Sending messages to the company's management
• Receive coupons and promotions to customers information about the club
branch list :
• Presentation addresses the days and hours of operation
• one-button navigation to a specific branch (conditional on compliance with Waze and settings using GPS).

To use the app, pre-registration is necessary and obtaining a registration code.
