במרכז ראשון לציון בסטודיו מרווח מתקיימים שיעורי התעמלות לנשים בלבד, באווירה ביתית ותומכת. המוטו שלנו הוא "אימון גופני במסגרת מחבקת". השיעורים מתנהלים באווירה חמה וקשובה לצרכי המתעמלות וכל אחת יכולה למצוא במקום פעילות כלבבה. האפליקציה מיועדת לתלמידות הסטודיו וללקוחות חדשים.
