This app is absolutely useless. You cannot view the individual fund values except the total portfolio value. If any particular fund is underperforming, you only see the difference in the portfolio value. What's the point? An app simplifies things, cannot do anything except view inappropriate info. Companies advertise to download their apps but they lack foresight on what info is relevant to its clients.

This app has potential. I want to use it, but it's very difficult to get in. I got in a few times and it looks like it could be alot better. Would like to view all my investments in one place. I hope it gets better soon. I would love to use it more.

App is broken. After update in December I have been unable to login. Made sure my username is correct, cannot retrieve my password as it tells me incorrect username, yet when I recheck my username sent via sms its correct. App has become pretty useless after update.

App is good, shows me all these high fees. I think I will bank with old mutual for 2 months. Please lower your banking fees on money account !

Used to view my portfolio with all my details using this app but now Im unable to.Please fix this

I have a loan with OM, I forgot my password and i tried to reset my password, but the app keep sending me email without a link to reset my password

I can't login to my portfolio and money account...I can't register it's a waste of time please fix this...I have an account with old mutual but I thought with this app I could be able to see my details "edit"but it's impossible

Waste of Time and Data. The app does not load and for a big corporation like Old Mutual it's really appauling. ......

If you struggle to log in. Please install the app and reinstall. You will come alright

Update the app guys it's outdated now give us some more options

I wanted to use the app to track two oceans runners but there's nothing there! All the info on the website indicated the app would have tracking but not so. ... disappointed!

The Old Mutual staff couldn't assist me on activating this app on my mobile phone

No omtom tracking on the app as advertised.

Rubbish. Two Oceans missing. Same lousy service as the Company. Big on hype no delivery

My portfolio doesn't show anything

Not working

All marketing screens work perfect, but as soon as you want to look at your portfolio, it just shows loading sign. So it is actually an useless app, unless you are into just reading marketing material. Makes you wonder if their real products are any good, if they cant even get a small app to work. And yes, I tried the app at different days in the month.

App is great until recently ive been having trouble viewing my portfolio...after ive logged in it doesn't give me my breakdown only the other services provided by old mutual

Good and easy to use

Gives the bare minimum of information. And I mean the bare minimum. That is when it's not refusing to log in for some mysterious reason. So actually, you'd save time by just going online and checking what you need to check. Wouldn't recommend this app.
