The fact that I had to scroll 90 years through the calender just to enter my grandma's DOB (and the trouble of entering my parents DOB too) only to pop session expired was too much. I don't know why an app is designed in such a way that we cannot even select the DOB, but we need to scroll through the years makes no logic. The designer needs to take understand User Requirement.

I m a frequent flyer. Indigo service is very good. Crew members are very cordial n cooperative. But often I think, huge crowd traveling regularly. 1. Did you get sufficient time to proper maintenance of aircraft. I suspecius ? 2. Eadables why so costly ? 3. Convenience charges and other charges need to curtail.

If you book your tickets on web and want to have the bookings on the app. Not able to do so.. if its an issue please fix it. and some issues in payment as well when you use debit card.

I have to receive a confirmation code Everytime I wanna log in to the app?? Serially?? It's so annoying that I have to verify using an otp every single time I try logging into the app. It was an awesome app, before a few updates.

The app is just too slow and every tjme asks OTP . It becomes frustrating .. Hangs 100's of times and has too too many bugs and loopholes in it .. Please manage the App and release its new version Asap

Bekar App hai, app se agar booking karoge toh discount ka option hi nahi hai, jaise Student discount, senior citizen discount, armed forces discount. Agar website se booking karoge toh hi vo discount mil payega jo ki 50% tak hota hai armed forces k liye. So, Website se booking karo aur iss bekar app ko download mat karo. Aur pata nahi inhe 4+ rating kaise mil gayi koi tufani kaam toh nahi kiya iss app mai

App is not letting log in since months quoting that account is temporary blocked . ?? Are you booking tickets without payments ??No information is being provided to unblock account It appears that developer overdid it.

Total piece of junk, I downloaded it to check my booking from Singapore but I can't even sign in. Who builds such stupid ux.

After you log out there is no option to log in...only option is to create new account with mobile number!!! That always give error the user already exists...

Keeps hanging at the otp screen. If you have an auto OTP reader, its buggy as it blocks the app when the OTP message arrives

This app was great but now with the changes....it's not user friendly and too many bug and errors...also fails to log in or even fails to load...sorry but its true...

Worst airlines. charging Rs 1300 penalty per person for a flight which is scheduled for almost one and half month later from the date of cancellation.

This app is so useless.It always shows "unable to process request". What am I to do with it if it can't even book my tickets??

Booking tickets is fine. But how Stupid not to have login pin...each time it sends otp for login

One of the most useless app , money was deducted from my credit card and the app showed that transaction failed . This app doesn't have any wallet where at least your amount could be reflected and the customer care is a dumb ass , asking same questions repeatedly and giving same blunt response. Worthless and user enemy . Uninstall this app right away

Evertime when I enter OTP it says accounts is blocked, useless app.

Once i enter the wrong password, i was blocked and unable to use it for the required purpose. No response

This is one of the WORST APP seen in playstore. Never going to use it.

Otp is not working.... App too slow. Tried resending OTP for 3 times.

App is not working, it just keep processing all the time for every query and ultimately gives error of time out.

Worst app used even after entering the correct mobile number it throws an error stating wrong number during the otp login. Which is a bug and there is a performance issue in the app.
