About Hello Parent
Hello Parent app is for the parents to connect with the teachers and the school authorities of their child.
It acts as digital diary, with rich communication features and facility to share messages, files, images and videos. It enables easy chat between the parents and the teachers of the school. The school not necessarily has to be formal schools, but also can be tution classes or hobby classes for the child.
Hello Parent, makes it very easy for school also to reach out to the parents of entire class or individual parents at a single click, share images, take attendance and create engagement.

How it works?
Your mobile number becomes your identifier which helps you to stay connected with the school. So, it is important that the school has the correct mobile number of yours. Three members of a family can be added for a single child. The parent downloads the app and provides his details registered with the school. The system generates an OTP and on successful verification automatically connects you to the school. If you are not able to connect, it could mean that either school is not on our platform or the school does not have your mobile number.

As such no issue with App functionality wise and its a good tool for the purpose its created. One issue i observed - in Background its consuming lot of internet Data... i saw in my Mobile in Data Usage - in Background it has consumed almost 400 MB in just 10 days...and same issue i saw in my wife's mobile too.. so seems its a generic issue. Response from Hello Parent App team was prompt, even received call from them and they understood the issue...thus changing the rating to 4... No issues now, thus improving the rating to 5

Its a really nice app to be in contact with the school staff and admin. The response is prompt to every query that is asked. A nice way to interact and know about your kid. Also, if any issues found in app, it is resolved as soon as app developer can get. Hoping this app to remain in this state with prompt issue adressing.
