Not able to register

FRAUD ALERT ⚠ Pls don't ever use this service because it is illegal. I don't know about banglore but in Mumbai according to law u can not run this app based service... These guys are fooling authorities in Mumbai. ideas of this concept were already thought by big companies like Ola Uber but they didn't get the permission. Hey taxi is just running on 2employees (who don't even know how to communicate)except the riders. The service is just too horrible. it's throw of a dice from a man who is just wasting his dad's money.

It's been nearly 7 months since this app has had no service providers. I could understand during the monsoon they made a great decision to not provide service as it is dangerous and inconvienent to be on a motorcycle. I have written to them a few time s but all I get back is a very poorly prepared automated mail saying appreciate my thoughts. Will delete it in the next two days if they dont respond. When the app worked it was great!

Riders will never be on time. If ETA shown is x minutes, their rider will say 2x - 4x time. Since they are new, their management may call you, but their operations head is also not impacted by this and will simply ask for cancellation of ride rather than taking it up with the rider. Pathetic. If you can't serve, soon you'll be thrown out of market. Wish there is provision of 0 or negative ratings. Their operation head is not ready to trust customer. If you say anything about the rider, he'll not believe you

It's good because it reduces the travel time by more than half. But the drivers need to have some visibility like T-shirts so that we know that they belong to heytaxi. Even the wait period is very long because the riders leave after 5-10 minutes.

I already registered but I changed d handset n again installed d app it's directly opening to register page. If I am giving my mobile number den it's showing already register. But login page is not opening. Only register page is coming

Guys I tried your service twice on same day and on both occasions same rider was assigned plus he was in all together different location and wait time was much much more.. So I couldn't take the ride and left me disappointed. Also the app has bugs which need to be checked as you soon will have competition from many more companies.. Good concept but still lot of work to make it perfect. All the best. This is no to critize but for you to improve

I believe there is no service in Mumbai since i couldn't find a single taxi in the whole of mumbai. Guess only Bangalore is covered. So u should not mislead with wrong description that Mumbai is serviced.

I had bad experience about pricing in the app it's showing 36rs but after riding they have billed 66rs even I send a mail but there is no response

Are u covering entire Bangalore? As of now, I get vehicle, in all of South banglore

I just want to describe this as pathetic.

The concept, the cost, the carriers arr superb. App needs to be upgraded and made more robust as still lot of bugs. Nevertheless deserves 5stars for its unique offering

Difficult to register. Even after 15 times, unable to register successfully. Always getting msg 'wrong OTP' inspite of entering correct OTP every time.

Still the cancel button not operational. Even the rider was near my area as per map but he was at west of Bangalore when I booked and I am at east of Bangalore . Please update correct GPS. I am now also trying to cancel my trip but in vain.

Tried my 1st ride today and it was smooth... Would be great if you could provide helmet so that safety will be taken care... Your rider can carry the helmet. Also if I need to book ride for 4pm at 2 pm then can I do it?

As checked in news that you guys dont have legal permission to operate such service in mumbai what if someone met with an accident you will raise your hands up and say we are not service providers

Has worked successfully a couple of times but it has also happened that the driver said that he's on the way and never showed up or called. Cannot count on it.

A very all too new concept introduced by you guys. Really amazed by the service .Excellent for short trips. Keep going you are going great but please increase your service hours in morning when we need the most at 8 am to go college to gain that 1 extra star...
