JUST EAT - Order Food Online

I ordered mutton biryani and chicken biryani from "Behrouz" through just eat. I struggled to find mutton in mutton biryani. Chicken biryani was good in quantity but pieces were not tender and had bad chicken smell... not well cooked. For me it was waste of money.

It,s not sensing that gps is enabled. It continhes to say enable gps. Search does nkt seem to work

A order was placed, got 1 less escalated to just eat. Still no response from 2+ months

Better stay hungry than ordering from justeat. After 1 hr of placing the order they didn't even inform to the restaurant about the order. Customer Care is just for name sake, no one picks up the call. Please shutdown the company if you can't operate it. You people seems to be lazy,rotten and disgusting.

Multiple times they ve cancelled an order placed and got from some other restaurant which don't ve good review. They don't even share the restaurant no so tht v can confirm the delivery time. Every time uve call customer service and they keep giving mellow answers to get u off their back. Most useless app ever. I remember myself shouting at customer service ppl more than enjoying th food from this app.

It is good app. But the problem is not the food delivery properly to the correct and improve the quality of food and add more features and more technology to better services for the customers.

I called nearly 8-10 times but no one answered my call. The amount was deducted but not refunded. Don't go for this app. There are many better options.

Its very easy to just open the app and order food you choose. You can compare between restaurants in your area or discover a new place to eat.

It's exactly a copy of food panda. What value addition for a consumer?

It's not at all Working

The app is good to search for restaurants around your place and also prompts you for available discounts.

They won't deliver food in time always no help desk also

Failing in payment... Otherwise good...

I had to Cancel my order so I mailed them within 5 Mins of the order but they don't respond. I was forced to take the order. I am still waiting for their response.

The app has very neat layout, menus are displayed nicely, customisation options like dry or gravy, full or half dish etc are easy to select as well. Great improvement over the previous version

My lazyness is directly proportional to the speed of this app. Really Enjoying this service from FoodPanda and JustEat and I always believe in ''Do't Cook - Just Eat "

Support and all other email I'd are bouncing!! Have not received the amount. Sagar ratna received only the order but not the amount!! Phone number never had any operator.

Actually i dont want to rate even one star also since i dont have option thats why giving one.i ordered through the app and at the end i recieved a very cheap quality food from the restaurant.

I ordered at adigas this morning n transaction was successful but order wasn't placed at restaurant due to which order wasn't processed. Customer care opens at 10 am :( no support.. thinking I would get this order refunded, I reordered again..same thing happened. REFUND MY MONEY N THANKS FOR INCONVENIENCE. No way to cancel orders n no option to give reviews for restaurants.. such an waste app

It shows for the restaurants that won't even deliver in ur place. I ordered food from here, payment was done after 1.5 hours the restaurant is telling they won't deliver food to our place. When trying to contact call centre they won't receive call neither they are initiating refund for the same. A*******s. It's not worth of 1 star even.

My order no 2445709 18th July ordered at 9.05 pm. At 9.55 pm restaurant said they have not receives any order. Called just eat waited for 20 mins on STD call but no response. I then made alternate arrangement for food. At 10.45 restaurant calls asking for directions to deliver food. I told them I don't need it as I made alternate arrangements. I called just eat, emailed them, wrote on their Facebook wall asking for a refund. But they are so shameless that they are not replying. I want my refund ASAP.
