Student Dashboard is a daily activity tracker which keeps parents updated about their kid’s activities in class. The dashboard provides, attendance information, exam schedules and results and other activity updates such as project presentations and seminars with photos and scores.

Online Fee Payment

Online Fee Payment feature let parents pay school tuition and allied fees from the app. The application keeps track of all the past payments made, for tracking purpose. And what is more, the parent’s app allows parents to download tuition fee receipt for 80c tax deduction with the click of a button.

Notification & Messages

Notification and Messages in parent’s app let parents receive updates, which need immediate attention in the form of notifications. If the parent needs to take action, the message facility allows the parent to respond to messages received from teachers and school.Daily attendance, low attendance percentage warnings, exam and activity schedules, notices from school management, meetings and much more are communicated to the parents via these facilities. Parents can even set reminders for upcoming events from the app itself.

Multiple schools,One App

Digital School Diary uses a smart technology to show updates about more than one student via a single app, even if the students are in different schools which use digital school diary system. Parents can view details of their children’s academic updates using a single app with a single login. If that is not enough, up to 2 guardians can get updates about their children using different logins at the same time and can interact separately with teachers.
