I am ordering from Petoo since last 4 months.Day by day their service is becoming worst.Earlier they use to give 3-4 pieces of chicken they reduced it to 2 pieces and today I got only 1 piece of chicken after spending rupees 230. This is my last time and I will recommend everyone not to use this service.

Horrible food. Horrible Quality. Ordered 3 Petoo combos having Paneer gravy. Paneer gravy was completely stale. I could easily smell stale smell as soon as I opened the curry container. Completely rotten tomatoes gravy. Threw the curry in dustbin as I didn't wanted to spoil my weekend with bad stomach. Parathas, u need scissors to cut them and iron teeths to chew them. Pathetic parathas. Very costly menu. Price not at all worth for Quality and Quantity. I demand my money back. 0 stars

Good food. Especially the "Bengali Petoo box" is awesome. But what they gain in food, they squander more in execution. Online payment is a big risk with them. You don't know if the food will ever reach you. Their app has a map, probably to enhance the knowledge of geography of their users. Because you can do everything on the map, except for tracking the delivery guy! There is no phone number that you can call. Only way to contact them is email. Otherwise pray to God for them to call you.

Not exaggerating but the andhra chicken biryani was just delicious ..Frankly did not expect..but the it was also very good in terms of quality, quantity..the chicken was well cooked along with curry that went well with the biryani rice that had contrasting flavours..also the gulab jamun nd raita.....to top it all it came at only 80 rupees instead of 220..on using discount..all in all a very good experience...

These guys took my order and even confirmed it...after 15-20 minutes they realize my address is not in serviceable area and now they will take 3-4 days to refund my money..

We friends have ordered food from peeto and the rating of the boxes are as follows, 1) bengali peeto box was good but the fis.h curry wasn't and rice was good 2) hydrabadhi briyani is a " do not buy" 3) peshwari box was good overall the curry was nice . the delivery was perfect , it took just 20 min

If u have brain stop disturbing people by making call after each order delivery to get feedback , I have to mark and block each time your no as spam.

Worst possible Refund service. App will not tell you that your location is out of service area. There is no cancel option for the order to the customer as well to the vendor supplying food. today is the 4th day i am still waiting for a refund and the customer care giving thousand reasons but not refunding my amount
