Great App!!! I know there are some flaws about this App, but will get figured out soon. But wanted to recommend to add feature of Photo Attachment, so that aware civilians can add photo of the concern and photo always reviles real proof of complaint.

I have complained regarding Water Supply 4 times through this app. But without notifying me, SMC cleared my complaint. By Making Android App to give hassle free experience to people is just JOKE. People can book complaint online but way to get solution is same old. You have to visit SMC Zone Office. So What's in Calling Surat a SMART CITY. To Become Smart City SMC Officials have to be smart.

The birth & death records show only limited names. In death records, only 23 names per day. I couldn't find the details I wanted. Need to complete the Records

Can't register complaint. Says no response from server and also app lages while filling complaint form

They are not taking action as per our complaint. Without clearing they closed automatically.

This app is quite amazing...SMC as said its a pro active civic municipal body...I registered a complaint and it got satisfied within 8 hours...basic features works at a class...really SURAT MUNICIPAL CORPORATION you must be awarded the best corporation ...keep us providing services at constant rate...THANK YOU SMC...proud of my Surat and SMC...

This app only for register your complain and satisfied. nothing work . no one can follow your complain and direct close

If we ask SMC for Birth Certi and pays the fees ...do we get this Certi in Post or do we have to go there to collect it??? Any Idea ?

It's good Initiative by Surat Municipal Corporation. Every surti must have this app in their mobile.Need not go to SMC for any complaint or request.

I was trying to register new complaint but there is a server was not working.

I can ask for the new facility for my area by using this app ? Or only for complain.

They are asking for registration number written on invoice can anybody guide where these no. are written ?

Not given search option in app and not given information about smc gym ...

Very helpful for all residing in surat. But many of us do not know about this app.
