My stock video app makes no start/stop sound, yet this app makes a loud bleep sound on start and stop and i've changed the "shutter mute mode" on and off with no change. It is not mentioned in the description here, but this app installs another icon with no name that seems to open the app directly to the video recordings. Also not mentioned, on second or third launch of the app, a fake virus scanner launched over the top and offered to be purchased to fix system problems. Not cool.
