Pressed redeem later coz at my workplace, now cannot redeem second piece half price, the app said that i have redeem. Please fix...

Promos in app not honored in store. KLCC location said promos don't apply. Won't use the app and won't go again to this restaurant. Food is awful.

The apps ONLY have cake menu. And did not come with the RM5 free dollars as per adv. Ask the staffs in KLIA2, seem like he cannot even speak English! Keep on shaking his head only.

Useless and so are the staff at secret recipe aeon kinta city ipoh. Not aware of any online promotion. What's the use of downloading this app!!!! Waste of time!!!

Useless, and don't install also DONT RELOAD MONEY... Although you had register, but the system will tell you used ID not exist.... seems like they delete your username!!!

The apps look like been left abandoned, location also not detected. The store that been close also not being updated

I put in my address in hope to complete the registration, however it said that please put in a valid postcode as mine is, apparently, invalid.

being there today at chukai, kemaman. but manager said offline.tak bole gune app. boring betul.

Please please teach your staff how to use it.. all dunno how to use.. quill city mall.. pandan indah.. etc.. don't come out with an app that is not usable.. it's redundant and I wasted so much time waiting for them to use it and ended up still can't use.. make your customer very angry and dissatisfied.

Since SR upgrade mobile apps..have some change such as mobile wallet. It's good but no more point can collect from purchase because don't have scan for QR code anymore. Besides that, my favourite cake (indulgence cake) not appear at cake menu anymore. Why it's happen? How can I order if that cake not in menu list..SR should fix it ASAP.

Downloaded but scan until my account got RM1 then cannot scan anymore.. Removed the app and try to download again.. Want to log in but showed that I am new and ask me to register again.. Tried to register again but stated there I am an existing member.. BAD apps EVER!!!

App bodoh. Starbucks app ok lg. Download dapat reward rm 5. Tapi bila pergi nk beli nak guna rm5 plus cash, tak boleh. Kena top up at least rm30 untuk guna reward tu. Fak. Uninstalled

Previously using version 1.9 as stated. Not able to scan as scanner can't be used. Blank page appeared without bar code scan. Today uninstalled and now the scanner appeared but it is now more than 24 hours. Receipt invalid. Am not going to use this again. To hell with the points

Only Sunway Pyramid outlet can fully claim the point.

Purchase many different secret receipts outlet also no bar code.. Seremban,Senawang, Puchong Utama , Bandar Puteri, all blur,dunno about this app..

No price list, u should put on the price!!

I have bought several times. but there were no bar codes to scan. So, i have never able to submit proof of purchase.

Went to so many outlets of Secret Recipe but none if those outlets gave receipts with barcode to scan. Even the workers are unaware of the apps. How else to collect loyalty points then? Deceiving.

Very poor design and implementation. Limited coverage for promotions but tries to promote download nationwide. So if you're out of covered area you only get to drool over the promotions. The loyalty promotion does not work nationwide .For a company this size this app feels like it was designed by kids. Total rubbish for an app.

I'm the first 10000 download and I didn't redeem the voucher for 50% discount on second slice but it said I redeemed.
