Premium Parking App

Tried to extend my time but kept giving me an error message. I had to race to the parking lot and get my car out. It cut our trip short.

Perfect app. Don't have to get out your car to pay for your parking.

This is a good start. I will be happy to rate higher if I had the ability to add/modify my vehicles in the app OR website before standing in the lot trying to pay. Please give is the option to do this via the app ahead of parking time. Thank you.

Very useful and a lot easier than the kiosks.

Fast & Easy. Love it.

I've been using the app for months now, never had a problem. Two days ago I got booted even though I was certain I used the app. Tonight, it happened again. This time I made sure to wait to get the paid notification. Still got a boot, still getting charged 100 to get it removed. Screw me once, shame on me. Screw me twice shame on you! Never using this app again, or parking in a lot managed by premium parking.

New Orleans parking is way overpriced. However this parking app is really cool.

It shows you where you can park in its own parking lots, and the app works! So simple and easy anyone can use it.

Works ok

The app was easy to use. Saved me the time to walk back to the lot to add time. I pulled up the app made a reservation starting at the ending time of my current reservation until the time I would be there to get my car. Within minutes I was back to to enjoying my stay in New Orleans.

Prices are diffrent on app than pay machine. Less hours too.

Nice to have in and out prevlgase

From time to time it just doesn't work. My profile has my card and car but when I try to pay at a lot it says profile unauthorized. The find my location button just doesn't zoom into where I am. Thus is just a buggy app.

Updated review: The app is a lot better now. Nice work. One problem I did encounter was when I click on the timer (I believe the one on the right sided menu), I was only able to top-up by intervals <24 hours. However, when I accessed the timer in a different method (cannot remember how) and the options popped up from the bottom portion of the screen (I think), I had the option to add 24 hour of time. Over all, 100% better than the version I used a year ago. Old Review: Tried three times to pay for parking and kept getting an error. Paid at the kiosk in the lot. Come back from my trip and see three $100 charges on my card from this company. Called support and the agent said to fill out a refund form and I will get a check in 7-10 days.

It let me create an account easily, enter details into my profile and pay for a spot. Great job dev team!

1/17/16 update. - some improvements, now have a working account. Still buggy with more than average crashes. 9/15/15 review. - useless . Suggest they trash it and start over. Can't update credit card. Support recommended I create a new account. Now I can't get the app to accept a new account. What a business model!

Worked great on the beginning. Now nothing can't pay can't recover a password can't register. Reinstalled still nothing pretty awful.

The app Crashes but only after you enter all the information! Frustrating and maddening because you're scared you're going to greet towed. Useless and they should remove the app from the store until fixed

This app crashes constantly rendering it useless. Parking keeps disappearing in the CBD so I park in these lots a good bit. I saw there was finally an app and thought it was great this company was catching up with technology from 5 years ago. Roo bad it doesn't work

Doesn't work on iOS nor Android. Who's failure is this?

Looking for locations was ok but it booked the completely wrong check in/out times and there's no way to freaking modify your reservations.

Nice to pay for parking via phone, but this app is terrible for anything else. If you try to extend your time it crashes (force close). If you try to login to use the information you saved for easier payment, it errors out. Bug Report for this version says thats fixed, its not.

I have two cars on my account, tried registering one car and the app decided to stop working when i pressed purchase. When i loaded it back up to see if it worked it had bought 8 hours for the wrong car. Called the number and we got it all figured out. If you are out and need to buy more time i suggest just going to the website or even walkimg back to the kiosk. Unistalled.

Useless. Had to schlep back to parking lot to pay at the meter.

It's convenient that I can pay with my phone. But I don't see a way to create a login and save a card. It's faster and more convenient to pay at the lot. So why the app?
