Today we celebrate the beta launch of Inbot for Android. While the app is still a work in progress and some stuff is missing, rest assured we are working hard to patch all the holes in the sail.
Here’s what you can find in the app, though.
Your contacts, in perfect order
With Inbot, you have an entirely new way of organizing contacts. You can sort your contacts into cards based on the type of the contact - such as business contacts, team members, or anyone tagged as #prospect. The cards can be created, sorted, and hidden flexibly.
Within each card, the contacts are sorted based on relevance. What this means is that the people who are the most relevant to you will always be at the top. Just go to the “Contacts” tab, and see for yourself.
Your personal sales assistant
Chat with our intelligent human-robot assistant, and get all the sales-related help you need. Finding new leads, tracking your progress with existing prospects and customers, giving you reminders, and booking meetings are just some of the things you can ask the assistant to help you with.
If there is anything unclear about the way the app works, or you would like to report an issue, you can always chat to the Assistant about it.
You can open the Assistant chat by tapping the floating action button with the Inbot logo on the main screen.
Business account management
You can add all your business contacts and prospective customers to business accounts to track your progress with them.
At the moment you can create business accounts and add and remove business contacts and teammates. Changing the business account’s pipeline stage and due date is currently unavailable, but we are looking to make those things possible in the near future.
You can get started by selecting a contact and tapping the red account creation button.
You can create your own team, invite your teammates on board, and collaborate with them on closing deals.
For every business account, you can add as many teammates as you want, and you will be able to discuss the account under “Conversations.”
Just chat with the Assistant and ask for a new team, and one will be created for you.
