Works most of the time but several times I've noticed my cat begging for food (not unusual in itself) and when I checked the app I found the feeding was missing, though the app did not give me an alert. This is distressing for both my cat and me, as I rely on the app if I'm out of town for the weekend.

Notification settings are per account, not per device. My wife and I can't have different settings. There is supposed to be Nest Cam integration, but my compatible apps list only shows Alexa.

I use to worry if I had to visit family because I did not have any one I could depend on to take care of my baby (cat) now thanks to petnet my worries are over. Thank you Cynthia

So far works well. Needs multiple pets mode and a speaker to call it to your animals.

Nice app, but it doesn't always calculate the meal fractions correctly. I have 3 meals set for 1/4, 1/4 and 1/8th cup says I'm giving 2/3 cup for the day but that's actually 5/8ths.

It's really a nice product. Had my sitter flake on me, thankfully the night before the weekend stay we bought the feeder. I like that it tells me when fed, when feeder is low and when it jams. Only improvement I would make is maybe adding a front camera possibly but more important a vacation mode so that it won't dispense when the dog isn't home

Dosen't let me get past the name your pet screen. I have tried the app on different divices and still dosent let me get past the name your pet screen.

Wish they would add vacation mode to it or a way to disable the schedule when the animal is boarded.

Editing the food level no longer works. Stays at 100% even if I try to change it.

UPDATING LOGS YOU OUT AND REMOVES ALL SETTINGS!!!! NOT OK!!! The app works great, but... Until they support more than 1 feeder i wont be purchasing another one. They need to have the option to have more than 1 pet. I use this feeder for 2 cats.

Buggy as usual. Features it says are in the update either don't work right or are greyed out. Please test better!!

I absolutely love the feeder and app. It does get jammed if my pup doesn't finish her meal from the morning but most of the time it works. The app is great and easy to use. It was easy to set up without a glitch. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because "SmartDelivery" function is not available. It is just greyed out and I'd like to use that feature asap. I hate trying to remember to order dog food. Because I always forget to order it and then when it's time to buy I have e to drive over to Petco and buy more

App is good but I wish there was a way to update food your pet eats other than what is in the hopper because my cat gets wet food in the evening in addition to the dry. It is just annoying to see the app saying my cat is under fed when he isn't. Also I think the portions are a bit off because I used to use a quarter cup scoop before this but what comes out in the feeder seems like double that amount. Maybe an option to recalibrate?

I have all requirements to make this work but it will not connect to my WiFi called customer service received a voice mail saying they were sorry but no one was available to assist me but I could leave my name number and e-mail and someone would contact me.. no time frame just that it would happen so ok if you don't care enough to staff your customer care line I have no desire to waste my time figuring out why your very ecspensive product does not work. So I'll just return it inform petco they should not do business with you then proceeds to tell everyone I can about why they should not buy this horrible product

It's been a long time coming, but so happy that Petnet works with my 6P now. My dog seems a little happier now too... One request: the app needs support for multiple feeders!

When are we going to be able to add multiple feeders to the app? This is ridiculous that you can't do this already.

Guess I'm feeling lucky? I'm notorious for hating apps because they're just so lacking and mostly just don't work well at what they're designed to do. So far, this has been perfect. I did not want an app for my phone to manage my pet feeder much less having their device on my network. Well, it's just too flawless to give it less than five stars. I had a hard time syncing the app with the wireless food dish because of poor instructions on the tutorial. Went on the web for support and found out how it's done, done in just ten seconds. I have an older Android phone and could not be happier.

Keep scanning qr code on bowl keeps returning to the get started page. 36 hours no response from email. Not very customer focused.

Would not get my smartfeeder to connect to my wifi. I had to use a friend's iOS device to make it connect. I think there is an issue with your Android version.

App is decent with only bare minimum features for Smart Feeder. Works well for what it does do such as feed, set schedule, and change food. Missing Features / Glitches: - Updating Meal Plan based on new weight or activity level - Nest Integration completely missing (Compatible Apps settings grayed out) - Smart Delivery also grayed out - No way to compare different foods nutrients profiles for choosing the best option - Does not display approximate food hopper level (which can be easily computed based on initial fill level minus amount of food served since filled) - Cannot differentiate between jammed and no more space for food - Does not measure how much food is still in bowl and the difference between when food is served and food is actually consumed - Notifications are too long and get cut off in notification panel; Clicking on notification will open app, but not show notification information - Lacks support for multiple Smart Feeders

This really needs two pet/feeder settings under 1 account. When I log in on Witcher account, I get a note saying the feeder is offline. I can see the feeder and the light blue ring so it's definitely online still. Other than that, great job developers! My cats don't wake me up meowing at 6am anymore

Update-Things are getting better. Notifications don't work. When attempting to update the picture it always changes to an incorrect orientation. Manual feed button was hard to find. I was excited when you finally put out an android app but now I'm wishing you waited a little longer to do so.

Android app keeps freezing and won't allow me to log in.

It worked for a week then stopped. Don't buy this

The screen flashing part of the smart bowl setup seems to have introduced a permanent flicker to my phone screen.

Finally!

Every time I launch it I get a full screen alert telling me the feeder is offline, I go to the settings and it says the feeder is online. This does not happen on the iOS app. Currently the app tells me it last synced 17085d 18h 35m ago, my feeder hasn't synced since UNIX time started in 1970. The iOS app does not say this.

Notifications do not work however i can go to the poorly designed app to see if the meal was a success. Also, the layout of the app seems as if the developer wanted to make it simple but ended up making it more difficult. I found the manual feed button on accident. It's a poorly marked circle to the top right of the home tab. Why not use a more clear button or put a small title under it?
