الإدارة الاستراتيجية (1)

هو تطبيق من منتجات جامعة القدس المفتوحة، حول الإدارة الاستراتيجية والتي تعد من المواضيع الهامة والحيوية التى لا غنى عنها في جميع ميادين الأعمال المختلفة، سواء للطلاب وأصحاب المشاريع، والراغبون بممارسة أعمال التجارة، وكذلك العاملين في مؤسسات القطاع العام الذين لهم علاقة بهذا الموضوع.
يتناول هذا التطبيق المراحل الأولى للإدارة الاستراتيجية، حيث يتناول التطبيق الموضوعات الرئيسة التالية: طبيعة الإدارة الاستراتيجية وأبعادها، والمديرون الاستراتيجيون ومهامهم، ومراحل الإدارة الاستراتيجية بداية من مرحلة التحليل الاستراتيجي، انتهاءً بمرحلة التخطيط الاستراتيجي التي تعد من أهم مراحل الإدارة الاستراتيجية.
