قسم شؤون المعارف الاسلامية والانسانية احد اقسام العتبة العباسية المقدسة الذي يعنى بالجانب المعرفي الثقافي لشرائح المجتمع المختلفة ، ويعمل على نشر فكر اهل البيت "عليهم السلام" من خلال شعبه ومراكزه المتنوعة التي توزعت على معهد القران الكريم للرجال ومعهد القران الكريم للنساء ، ومركز تراث كربلاء ، ومركز تراث الحلة، ومركز تراث البصرة، ومدارس الكفيل الدينية النسوية وشعبة الاعلام المعرفي . التي يهدف القسم من خلالها تفعيل النشاط المعرفي بجوانبه المختلفة لمعظم شرائح المجتمع .
