JSmart for Tablet

JSmart is an app to record the costs of business trips by SmartPhone or Tablet and manage their Expense Reports with a Browser at jsmart.it reserved area.
With JSmart, in a simple and intuitive way, you can:

- Record the expenses, with the ability to:
• choose from 27 items of expenditure can be activated as required
• Choose a currency
• choose the type of payment (cash or credit card)
• attach the photo of the supporting document
• include the name of colleagues and / or guests
• indicate the date of payment
• Specify the starting date of performance (in the case of the Hotel)
• insert a note (optional or mandatory)
- Manage your personal documents (driving license, identity card, passport, health card, etc..) By creating their own "electronic wallet", with the ability to attach the document image.

- Manage Categories (Colleagues, Guests, Location, Anagraphic Customers, Orders, Cost Centers) to facilitate the inclusion of additional information in the head at every single item of expenditure

- View or download your Expense (for registered users) by connecting you to your reserved area in the portal jsmart.it.
