TAP MOB

L’iniziativa TAP MOB è volta a raccogliere informazioni per valutare l’utilizzo del servizio di pagamenti NFC di Intesa Sanpaolo e testarne la customer experience. L'APP serve ad assicurare l’accesso al profilo personale dei partecipanti, il conteggio dei TAP ed effettuare alcune operazioni quali, a titolo esemplificativo, modificare le informazioni personali, accedere alle comunicazioni relative alla partecipazione, registrare il proprio feedback sui pagamenti effettuati.
