About PostureCorrection
The correct posture is the basics of all your health.
The wrong posture may cause not only a stiff neck or a lower back pain,
but also a headache or various diseases of internal organs.
This application gives an alarm when your back tilts more than a certain value, and helps you to keep the correct posture for your daily life.
Usage:
- Set "Sensitivity"of the left-right and the front-back respectively.
- Press "START" and hold your device on somewhere on your upper body ( usually, the breast pocket seems to be reasonable ) and correct your posture within 5 seconds.
- The posture is calibrated and the correction will start after 5 seconds.
- If the current posture exceeds the "Sensitivity" value for 3 seconds, it gives the "alarm".
- When the posture correction starts and the alarm is raised, "Sound" and "Vibration" is played, and they can be set to ON or OFF.
- Note that it may be hard for you to notice "Vibration" when you put the device on your breast pocket. In that case, enable "Sound", which is like a ringing tone when the posture correction starts, and keyboard-typing-sound when the alarm is raised.

It's a fantastic idea, but it seems it can only sense the deviation in posture in the breast pocket, which women don't usually wear (or put their phones there). I tried calibrating to my front and back pants pocket, but it doesn't sense bad posture from those locations. I can hunch over like an old lady but no alarm.

I think this is a really good app but there are some easy fixes that would make it so much better. It would be good if you could change frequency between how often it reminds you in you have bad posture. I find if i break my posture for a few seconds it buzzes me which starts to get irritating. If you could make the reminder every 10 seconds you could break your posture momentarily to do tasks and still not have it buzz you.

And its amazing! I just got it today and its like a workout and my back feels nice! And if i forget and bend down.. it vibrates and reminds me to have better posture! Luv it! !! Totally recommend it!!!
