This has Japanese and English UI. If you want to switch them, uninstall once, change locale of your Android and install again, please.
JARTIC updated their web site on 2012/Oct/1st, and version 1.x of this app doesn't work.
That problem is solved version 2.x. Please update it.

Until Google maps 'traffic 'improved and is now much more accurate and detailed and generally useful than this. Google maps saved me when this app had no idea and would have caused me to get in a jam. Obsolete app now.w

How do you "change locale of your Android and install again" ? Are you saying I have to leave Japan to be able to install a Japan traffic map in English!!
