第30回国民文化祭・かごしまの専用アプリです。

国民文化祭とは、全国各地で行われている各種の文化活動を全国的規模で発表、競演する機会を提供し、
新しい芸術文化の創造を促すことを目的として、昭和61年度から毎年、各都道府県持ち回りで
開催されている国内最大の文化の祭典です。
