Contamos con la experiencia de 8 años de estar prestando servicios de taxis en Cartagena Colombia por medio de nuestro Callcenter 6424242 y servicio al cliente en el Mercado corporativo.
Inicialmente en Colombia, pero pronto estaremos en mas países.
Solo tienes que confirmar tu ubicación en el mapa y "solicitar tu servicio de taxi”. Así mismo, puedes mejorar tu dirección y dar una referencia para que el taxista te recoja en el menor tiempo posible. Por ejemplo: Diagonal a la iglesia"
Todos nuestros móviles y taxistas están registrados y en nuestra aplicación aparece el número de placa, móvil, la foto y el nombre del taxista que irá a recogerte.


Como Usarla:
Paso 1:
Verificación de tu numero celular.
La App te solicitara tu numero celular donde instalaras la aplicación. Debes registrar tu numero de celular para su verificación,
La aplicación verificara tu numero por medio de un mensaje de texto, si es correcto podrás registrarte y activar Helpxi

Paso 2:
Diligencia los datos solicitados he inicia el registro,
Si no eres usuario Corporativo, no necesitas diligenciar los campos : Nit y Cedula

Paso 3:
Y listo, despliega el menú inicio sobre el logo de Helpxi para empezar a solicitar tus servicios por Helpxi.

La aplicación ubicará tu posición, para ello debes tener activo tu GPS.
Aparecerá la casilla de dirección y referencia, en donde podrás cambiar la dirección que aparece predefinida si conoces la dirección, y agregar una referencia, para que sea mas fácil y rápido llegar a tu posición.
Luego de enviar tu solicitud, debes esperar unos segundos mientras tu móvil es asignado, en la pantalla tu verificaras los moviles que estan en tu zona y las de respaldo.
Ya asignado tu móvil, te saldrá en pantalla, la foto del conductor, código del móvil, placa, nombre del conductor, y el tiempo en el que te recogerá.
Puedes interactuar con el conductor, por medio de mensajes de texto en linea.
El conductor te contestara, con unos mensajes predefinidos, dándote la seguridad que no tendrá tu numero celular
Cuando estés a bordo del vehículo, te llegara un mensaje, verificando que lo abordaste, no olvides confirmar ya que esto nos garantiza que en realidad el móvil te recogió.
Si eres usuario Corporativo o de Empresas, desde el menú de Inicio, presiona Corporativo e Ingresa el Nit de tu empresa, con el digito de verificación, sin espacios, puntos, comas o guiones.
Cuando solicites el Servicio tanto Usuario normal como Corporativo puedes ir a Opciones y escoger el servicio preferencial que necesites.

Use it as:
Step 1:
Check your phone number.
The App will request your phone number where the application install them. You must register your cell phone number for verification,

Step 2:

If you're not a corporate user, you need not fill the fields: Nit and Cedula

Step 3:
And presto, displays the Start menu on the logo Helpxi to start Helpxi request your services.

The application will place your position, for it must have an active GPS.
Box address and reference appears, where you can change the address predefined if you know the address, and add a reference to it easier and faster to get to your position.
After submitting your application, you must wait a few seconds while your phone is assigned, the display will test your cell phones that are in your area and back.
Already assigned your mobile, you will display the photo conductor, mobile code, license, driver's name, and the time in which you pick.
You can interact with the driver, through text messages online.
The driver will answer you with predefined messages, giving you the security you will not have your cell number
When you're on board the vehicle, a message will come, verifying that you approach not forget to confirm as this guarantees that actually mobile picked you.
If you are a corporate user or business, from the Start menu, press Enter Nit Corporate and your company with the check digit, no spaces, periods, commas or dashes.
When you apply for both Normal User Service as Corporate you can go to Options and choose the preferred service you need.
