Was very excited about this set up and I can not get it to stay connected to the Internet or to wifi. 99% of the time it is offline and won't allow me to view my horse at night for what it was bought for. Very disappointed and will be buying a different brand. If you can afford a better brand and camera set up please do, waste of money!

The camera is good but the app has to be updated. It only works when in wood range. I cannot excess. It when iam out of home. What's the point in having a camera like that. Hope to see an improvement in this app soon.

Won't always connect over 4G network. Useless all together.

The installation is quite easier and the app works well however I have an issue with viewing the camera.It loads for quite a long time and never shows pictures

Unable to connect to Wifi

The camera this app uses is garbage. It has a black spot on the picture. I have the same problem on pc as well. The app is choppy, has HORRIBLE lag, won't stay connected and reconnecting is hit or miss. The owner has text me all these "fixes" that don't work. He also asked me not to post a bad review. Uhm no! I have integrity and I won't be the cause for people to buy or download crap.

All cameras go offline outside of wifi! One entire year without problems until now. Fell in love with this camera but now hating it because I can't view the house from work anymore. Speak up everyone, till Rocam you want your cameras server back online! There's nothing wrong with my wifi everything is running smoothly. Fix this Rocam or else I'm going with someone else!

Just upgraded app and its horrible camera is always offline. In order to work i have to reset my phone. Not happy with this upgrade.

Always says connecting, but then fails. Always have to be in the same room for it to work which completely defeats the purpose if this. Was a waste of my money to buy this camera and wish I could get a refund.

1) Allow download of remote videos to local device of any selected clips. Why do we need to play the clip in entirety on the expense of a 3G/4G connection? It may be costly for many users AND there is no timeframe skip, ff, jump or pause... just only play is available. 2) See #1

Both my cameras went offline for some unknown reason and will not reconnect.

Last update made a bad camera worse. Maybe I can sell it and this app to another unsuspecting idiot. In future buy Logitech

None of the email notifications work, and I cannot turn the IR off even though under settings it's off. (it's producing a glare at night) I like the camera I bought and the idea of this app, but just too many bugs. Stay away.

Stops working all the time. Won't always connected to WiFi. Managing cams isn't easy. Some it won't recognize.

This app drains my battery. I went from getting over a day to 4 hours. This app is listed as the highest culprit by a large amount

Every other application exits when you exit.... I do not want it running in the background.... Exit means exit... When will you change? Date or email please...

Terrible terrible app! If it does work it lags really bad. That's IF it works! Which out of the 20 times I've tried to look at it 18 of them it has locked up and forced me to turn off my phone and take out the battery. No customer service at all... period. No number, no email, nothing. Don't waste your time with this!!!!

Installed fine. Works great when on the same network. When off the network, extremely choppy, disconnects, connects, crashes. Camera keeps pointing to the ground everytime I check to see what it's status. Motion alerts via email do not work and even it constantly sends alerts for 3min (every 3-5sec) and then it points to the ground. Weird! Pros: Great camera, resolution and easy setup Cons: Software needs an URGENT update for Android 5.0.

Camera works great. But microphone stinks. Got this to communicate with daughter she can't even hear me. And no where do you find out you HAVE to have WiFi to use this NO WHERE until you buy this! My computer is in bedroom, but wanted camera in living area had to buy a 50' ethernet cable to use! !

I purchased this camera because of the good reviews on Amazon. Horrible decision. After installation camera worked for a hot minute, after that nothing. What a complete waste of my time and money.

software sucks on mobile if you are using mobile date, super slow. Plus email alerts doesn't even work. Emailed support no call backs or email.

Barely works, the swipe function is glitchy, never got the e-mail function to work, and keep getting kicked out of the live camera view mode. Still trying to learn how to set motion alarm, which btw randomly picks up motion, if at all. 07/11/2015: Update, it appears that in order for this App to work properly an SD Card must be present in the ROCAM NC300 Wireless IP PanTilt Night Vision Network Camera that I am using it with. But the intercom system still does not work properly.

Horrible app. Never connects only worked a few times, super laggy If it ever connects.

This camera is crap. Not a good app. The camera is no good. When you call the help line no one calls back. Camera stop panning after seconds go bye. Dont bye this. No good
