RepeatAlert is an easy to use repeating or recurring timer with many functions.
NOTE: DOESNT WORK ON Android 5+. Sorry.
Use as a timer for games, study, work, exercise, experiments, classroom, medication, and more.
Choose sounds from your phone for start, normal and final alerts.
Set the number of timer repeats, or play until stopped.
Display custom messages for alerts, and different for the final alert.
Remembers your progress and lists missed alerts if the phone is restarted.
Save timer profiles to reuse.
Example uses for the timer: Classroom games, exercise, Tai Chi or Yoga, medication or treatment, massage, study or work breaks, science experiments, etc.

"WAKE_LOCK" - wake the device to play an alert.
"VIBRATE" - use the device vibrate function.
"RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED" - to check if alerts have been missed when the device starts.

Great alert, it does everything I need it to, except that it doesn't work at the background or when the screen is off. If you can make it work when the screen is off I'd give you 5 stars...

The sound wouldn't play sometimes after the interval was done. Then it would pay twice in succession after the next interval. I also tried changing the ringtone and got nothing. Then it picked a different ringtone and just started playing it over and over. Uninstalled, sorry.

Nice design, easy to set up and use. But could not them of the sound on Samsung Note 3. Uninstalled, will search for another.

I can quickly start a timer from the main screen

Runs in the background, doesn't stop, doesn't require authorization to repeat just automatically keeps repeating the amount of times set. Rings and vibrates. I work overnight and listen to music or watch videos but it helps me stay on top of my work. Using at work to monitor every 15 minutes as I am required to indicate my alertness! Works like a dream! Best repeating timer out there for my purpose! This is not a workout timer but can save multiple ones so it could be used that way also!
