극동교회

안녕하십니까? 저는 극동교회를 담임하고 있는 손길성 목사입니다.
저를 불러 당신의 종으로 삼으신 하나님께 먼저 감사드리고 또 부족한 저를 도와 목회사역에 동참하고 계신
모든 장로님들과 중직을 포함하여 모든 성도님들께 특별히 감사드립니다.
저는 어쩌면 선택의 여지가 없이 목사가 되었습니다. 왜냐하면 저는 어려서부터 어머니께서 너는 이 다음에 커서
하나님의 선한 목자가 되어야 한다 하시며 기도해 주셨기 때문에 저는 단 한번도 이에 대해 다른 생각을
가져 본 적이 없었습니다.
지금도 변함없는 마음으로 성도님을 섬기며 목회를 하고 있습니다.
저는 정말 너무도 행복하며 매일 기쁨으로 이 목회 사역을 감당하고 있습니다.
그러나 하면할수록 더욱 부족함을 느껴 어떤 때는 낙심할 때도 있고 좌절감을 느낄 때도 있습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 늘 저를 믿고 따라 주시는 성도님께 진심으로 감사를 드리고 싶습니다.

저는 무엇보다 성도 한사람 한사람을 사랑하고 섬기며 살리는 목회를 하고 싶은데 그렇지 못하고 있어 안타깝습니다.
저는 하나님께서 저에게 주신 약속을 지금도 믿고 있습니다.
그 약속을 믿기에 힘들 때에도 다시 용기를 가지고 목회하고 있습니다. 모든 영광을 하나님께 돌리며 성도님들께 감사를 드립니다.
