“살아서 약동하는 교회”
우리 대동교회 홈페이지에 들어오신 것을 환영합니다.
우리 교회는 1953년 4월 5일에 설립되어 60년을 훌쩍 넘어 100년을 향해 나아가며,
주위의 소란함에도 흔들리지 않고 있어야 할 자리를 지키며 안정을 유지해 온 교회로 대한예수교장로회 합동 측에
소속된 교회입니다. 저는 1대 백인석 목사님, 2대 안신의 목사님을 이어 3대 목사로 교회를 섬기고 있습니다.
우리 교회는 주님의 명령을 따라 복음을 전파하는 것을 최우선으로 하며, 이를 위해 살아서 약동하는 교회가 되려고 노력하는 교회입니다.

첫째로 우리 교회는 예배가 살아있는 교회입니다.
예배를 통해서 하나님께 영광을 돌리고 마음의 질병까지도 치유될 수 있는 복된 예배가 이루어지는 곳입니다.

둘째로 우리 교회는 복음이 살아있는 교회입니다.
지역에 복음을 증거할 뿐아니라 세계를 가슴에 끌어안고 기도하면서 복음을 전하는 복음의 역동성이 이루어지고 있는 교회입니다.

셋째로 우리 교회는 말씀 교육이 철저하게 이루어지는 교회입니다.
하나님의 말씀으로 잘 양육되어 예수 그리스도의 제자로 훈련되어 나가는 교회입니다.

넷째로 우리 교회는 지역사회를 위해서 봉사하는 교회입니다.
지역을 위하여 선한 사업을 하고 우리 주변에 있는 많은 연약한 사람들에게 예수님의 사랑을 전파하는 교회입니다.
