01_ 기도와 전도에 열심히 있는 교회
이 땅의 사역을 마치시고 승천하시면서 예수님은 제자들에게 두 가지를 당부하셨습니다.먼저 성령을 받으라는
것입니다. 성령을 받기 위해 그들은 마가의 다락방에 모여 합심으로 기도하였습니다. 둘째, 예루살렘과 온 유대와
사마리아와 땅끝까지 이르러 내 증인이 되라 하셨습니다.우리는 이 두 가지 사명을 이룰 의무가 있습니다.
그렇기에 우리는 열심히 기도해야 합니다. 성령이 우리 가운데 임하기를 기도하고, 하나님의 나라가 우리 가운데
임하기를 기도하고 더불어 하나님의 은총이 우리 가운데 임하기를 기도해야합니다. 그리고 예수님의 증인으로서
세상에 전해야 합니다.우리 문래동교회는 예수님의 가르치심에 따라 뜨겁게 기도하고, 열심히 전도하는 교회입니다.

02_문래동 교회는 사랑과 은혜가 충만한 교회입니다.
예수님께서 이 땅에 오신 것은 이 땅에 하나님의 사랑의 결실을 맺기 위해서 였습니다. 온 인류를 향한 하나님의
사랑은 그렇기 때문에 신약에 새롭게 우리에게 주어진 사명입니다.이 사명을 이루기 위해 우리는 사랑의 마음을
품어야 합니다. 위로는 하나님을 사랑하고 아래로는 이웃을 사랑하고 더불어 성도가 성도를 사랑하는 마음이
우리에게 있어야 합니다. 사랑이 있는 곳에 은혜가 충만합니다.사랑이 있는 예배가 은혜가 충만합니다. 사랑이
있는 모임이 은혜가 충만합니다. 우리 문래동 교회는 하나님을 이웃을 성도를 사랑하고 그 사랑의 마음에 주시는
하나님의 은혜가 충만한 교회입니다.

03_헌신적인 돌봄과 섬김이 있는 교회입니다.
예수님께서 이 땅에 오시어서 하신 사역은 천국 복음의 전파와 아픈자들을 치유하시고, 귀신들린 자들을
고치시고, 마 9장 13절에 “내가 긍휼을 원하고 제사를 원하지 아니하노라 하신 뜻이 무엇인지 배우라 나는 의인을
부르러 온 것이 아니요 죄인을 부르러 왔노라”말씀하셨습니다.예수님의 사역은 이 시대에 그리스도의 몸된
교회로서 마땅히 해야할 의무입니다. 어려운 이웃을 돌보고 섬길 수 있는 교회가 되어야 합니다. 우리는 주님의
치유의 손길이 되어 연약한 이웃을 돕기를 원합니다. 상한 마음이 치유받고, 아픈 분들이 새 힘을 얻고, 무너진
삶이 다시 일어날 수 있도록 섬길 것입니다.우리 문래동 예수님의 걸어가신 발자취를 따라 어려운 이웃들을
돌보고 형제 , 자매된 자들을 섬기는 교회입니다.

04_희망과 꿈을 이루는 교회
우리는 주 안에서 거룩한 비젼(꿈)을 가져야 합니다. 하나님의 나라를 이루기 위해 가지는 비젼입니다.
눅 18장 29절 “ 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 하나님의 나라를 위하여 .. 현세에 여러 배를 받고 내세에 영생을
받지 못할 자가 없느니라”하나님 나라를 품고 기도와 말씀으로 하나님 앞에 나아가는 성도들에게하나님께서는
희망을 주십니다. 그리고 이루게 하십니다.하나님께서는 꿈을 주십니다. 그리고 이루게 하십니다.
우리 문래동교회는 희망을 선포하고 꿈을 선포하고 그리고... 이루어지는 교회입니다.
