우리교회는 예배를 통해 성도를 변화시키며 교육으로 다음세대를 일으키며 복음으로 세상을 변화시키는 사명공동체입니다.얍복강가에서 밤새 씨름하던 야곱처럼 급변하는 시대 가운데 하나님의 뜻을 향한 뜨거운 몸부림 속에 날마다 새로운 브니엘(하나님의 얼굴)을 경험하기를 소망합니다.
1.브니엘은 행복한 예배가 있는 교회입니다."
어린 아이로부터 노인에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 그들에게 적합한 예배를 통해 하나님을 만나 회복되어 기쁨으로 찬양하고 경배하며 성령안에서 하나되어 서로 사랑하며 함께 울고 웃는 예배공동체가 되는 것입니다. 각 세대에 맞는 다양한 예배를 통해 신령과 진정의 예배를 드림으로 모든 세대가 회개와 용서를 맛보며 치유와 회복을 경험하여 온전한 그리스도인으로 변화되어 세상을 향한 복음의 사명을 감당하는 것입니다.
2.브니엘은 건강한 가정을 만드는 교회입니다.
어린아이들이 많은 교회, 청소년들이 마음껏 자라는 교회, 청년들이 살아서 움직이는 교회를 꿈꿉니다. 이 땅의 수많은 교회중에 교육을 가장 잘하는 교회가 되기 바라며 교육전문가와 준비된 교육과정과 교육환경을 조성하여 어린이들이 즐거워하며 청소년들이 마음껏 그들의 문화를 꽃피우며 새벽이슬 같은 청년들이 현 세대보다 더 큰 비전을 품을 수 있는 교회를 소망합니다. 이를 통해 나라와 시대를 책임질 수 있는 인재와 지도자들이 일어나기를 소망합니다.
3.브니엘은 다음세대를 일으키는 교회입니다.

4.브니엘은 평신도 지도자를 일으키는 교회입니다.
평신도들이 훈련을 통해 지도자들로 세워져서 교회의 모든 분야에서 각자의 은사에 따라 봉사하며 이웃을 향한 사명에 순종하여 가난하고 소외된 이들에게 그리스도의 섬김을 실천하는 섬김 공동체를 꿈꿉니다. 교역자 혹은 소수의 지도자에 의해 움직이는 교회가 아니라 준비된 교역자들의 가르침을 통해 훈련된 많은 평신도 지도자들이 그들의 은사와 사명에 따라 각자의 위치에서 봉사함으로 살아 움직이는 교회가 되기를 소망합니다.

복음의 빚진자로서의 사명을 깨달아 전 세계의 미전도 종족에 그리스도의 복음을 전하는 선교의 중심이 되어 수많은 브니엘이 열방 가운데 세워지기를 꿈꿉니다. 모든 구역이 하나 이상의 미전도종족과 선교사를 품고 기도하며 후원하고 청소년과 청년들이 해마다 단기 선교를 통해 선교지를 방문하며 교회는 미래의 선교 지망생들을 지원하여 세우며 파송하는 일을 주님 오실 때까지 쉬지 않는 교회를 소망합니다.
