"너의 하나님 여호와가 너의 가운데 계시니 그는 구원을 베푸실 전능자이시라 그가 너로 말미암아 기쁨을 이기지 못하시며 너를 잠잠히 사랑하시며 너로 말미암아 즐거이 부르며 기뻐하시리라 하리라."(스바냐 3:17)

2013년 교회 표어가 "복의 시작 나로부터......."였습니다.
한 해 동안 하나님으로부터 수많은 복을 우리들은 받아 누렸습니다.
그 중에 가장 큰 복은 하나님의 자녀로 살아갈 수 있는 기쁨과 하나님과 동행할 수 있다는 행복이었습니다.

이제 2014년을 시작하며, 우리가 받은 복을 통하여 하나님이 기뻐 춤추시는 믿음의 삶을 살기를 원합니다.
그리고 세상 사람들에게 하나님의 복을 받아 누리는 삶이 어떤 것인지를 보여 줌으로 가슴 뛰게 하는 교회가 되기를 원합니다.
그래서 2014년 교회 표어거 "하나님 기뻐 춤추시는, 세상을 가슴 뛰게 하는 교회"로 정하였습니다.

날마다의 삶 속에서 하나님의 임재를 경험하며, 하나님의 말씀을 중심에 두고 살아가는 믿음의 걸음을 통하여,
우리들을 바라보시고 하나님께서 기쁨을 이기지 못하여 춤추시는 역사가 있기를 바랍니다.
그리고 그리스도인이란 이름을 가진 하나님의 백성으로 "우리 각 사람이 이웃을 기쁘게 하되 선을 이루고 덕을 세우도록 할지니라."
(로마서 15:2)는 말씀을 실천함으로 세상을 가슴 뛰게 하는 멋진 교회를 만들어 가기를 원합니다.
2014년, 소랑교회에 속한 모든 성도들이 하나님 주신 말씀에 굳게 서서, 사랑과 섬김과 감사가 있는 삶을 통하여 "하나님 기뻐
춤추시고, 세상을 가슴 뛰게 하는 교회"가 되기를 소망합니다.
